Just updated my review on 2 Feb 26 to share our complete delight with the product--thanks to our Sound+Sleep, we are enjoying uninterrupted sleep even when our upstairs neighbors are stomping around! Great customer support for my shipment tracking question. Due to the holidays, it wasn't possible to send me tracking information. Though I did receive my order post-holidays, with tracking information I would have been able to retrieve and enjoy it sooner.

The website is very clear making it easy to decide which product would suit me best. Delivery was really quick. So far the white noise is helping my anxious dog put up with the fireworks!

A replacement for an old Lectrofan which i had used for years. Quick delivery and excellent product.

The sounds are not distinct enough. Huge overlap. For example the sounds to sooth a baby “Aviary” has water drowning out bird song! There is no wind sound choice.
Rain in a tropical forest would be nice. In other words to hear a more differentiated rain would be a nice choice!
All the rushing water in sooo many choices blend and bland down the choices.
Water in the meadow too?!
I hope you can use my feedback to make your product better.
Maybe you are trying to too hard to give too many choices…and losing some differentiation??

Would have given 5 stars for the Lectrofan itself. But the power adaptor was faulty so I feel I can't. I requested a replacement power adaptor and this was delivered promptly.

Great service. The cable on my Lectrofan had broken at the join, which was a big problem for me as i'm so used to having it running through the night. Ordered a new cable on the Saturday and received it the following Tuesday. Phew! Emergency over.

This has restored my sanity, no longer having to hear elderly neighbour's TV which is on all day 7 days a week. I'm using the fan setting, after a few days it blends into the background and you hardly know it's there.

I was struggling to find the right cable for my Lectrofan but found it here. I received the cable very quickly. The only issue was that I didn't get an order confirmation email (I checked spam etc).
