Lovely products, amazing price and excellent costumer care. The bags I bought was just like in the picture, the delivery time was less than promised and the costumer care team was amazing. I had a little issue with not receiving my order confirmation email so I called them, they answered quickly and were very quick and friendly to resolve my issue, will definitely buy again from them

Purchased a bag in March 2019 and they’ve been taking £19.95 each month since - I had no idea I was signing up to this when I purchased it! I thought it was only a few pounds for the bag! It’s cost me a lot more than that! I would never have paid this much for the bag! Be careful with this website. I called up and the customer service person was rude and unhelpful - I’m now massively out of pocket and with no way of doing anything about this. It’s shocking

Very impressed with customer satisfaction and carefully picked up customer issue from supervisor if you are not satisfied with customer representive service. Please remember to unsubscrip membership if you do not wish to continue. You will not get any reminder about subscription, after 10 days automatically you will be part of subscription and you will not receive any notification. This is very genuine company. Products are cheaper compare to other UK companies.

Very impressed with customer service. Answered emails almost immediately and even resent email when lost It! Although my first email was slightly scathing of company, their reply was nothing but professional and polite!

I saw the advert for the set of 4 bags for less than 2 pounds on Instagram. Honestly didn't trust it because it nearly sounded too good to be true. But I tried my luck. Oh my gosh if I was surprised!! The bags arrived and they are amazing. A full set that I can use in more than one ways and different occasions. Super happy about it

This is fake site. Purchased 4pc bag no order confirmation mail and delivery after 10days. Emailed to customer support and reply.
Also noticed few more sites which have same website layout with same address and postcode. Now I feel bit doubtful about the genuineness of other positive comments in hereTrustpilot site

A nice shopping experience, having received a good selection of jewellery that I was happy with and for a great bargain. I am satisfied with their products despite one or two pieces being a bit dirty. Overall, I'm still content with my lovely purchase from Sophieclub.
