Absolutely terrible service. I provided Sophie with detailed notes on my history and requirements. Six weeks after paying, I STILL hadn't received a first draft of the CV I requested, nor had I received any cover letter at all. Communication has been minimal or non-existent. I received a generic rough draft the day after I asked for a refund. Sophie had the audacity to claim she'd sent some emails earlier (which would still have been six weeks late), by "forwarding" the email as if I were an idiot - She simply typed it in and wrote the date. It was incredibly obvious to spot and insulting. Incredibly unprofessional service. Save yourself £200.
