Waited over 3 weeks for delivery and knew then that this was coming from China not uk.
Absolute rubbish, cheap fabric, styless sacks. Next time I will read reviews before I consider buying anything from a Facebook advert. No point trying to send them back, recycling or charity shop is the only place for this utter garbage !!! Really unhappy and disappointed with myself for falling for this.

Bought a dress for my wife from Sophie and Clara Oxford. It took weeks to arrive and so disappointed in the poor workmanship. Only minimal material used to make this garment. It’s a tunic not a dress!
Décolleté cut too small, doesn’t hang properly.
An outfit so poor is barely fit to do housework.
So disappointed, would like a refund but returns cost $40 and, as people have already said, no money is ever refunded.
Don’t buy from this awful company.

This is a SCAM. Their website is obviously created by AI. When you buy you have probably received a 'discount' and if you read their returns policy, you see that they do not provide refunds for 'sale' items. It tells you that you have to return the item to China and it that it will cost you at least $40. This has taught me to read Trustpilot before trusting retailers.

Bought a dress which didn’t arrive for weeks. When it finally arrived it was awful quality. I sent it back and have had no refund. Extremely disappointed

Dress arrived weeks later, dreadful quality, material like paper. I had sent an email enquiring where my order was and they did reply. But when I returned the item to the return address on the package, they won’t respond to my email requesting my refund. Please don’t order from this “company” They should not be allowed to advertise on Facebook. Worst ever!!!!

Total SCAM! Do NOT order from this site. Order 28th August and still as of today, nothing has arrived. I have to agree with all other reviews, in so far as, this company is not worth looking at!

Awful,item was terrible so asked to return it,received an email giving detail of how to return but no address!used the on on parcel,royal mail confirmed delivery,two weeks later no response and no refund😡dont buy from them

Scam - ordered at end of August 2025 and early Oct no sign of order. Having read these reviews I wish I’d never touched them. I’ll never buy off Instagram again. Lesson learnt. This is a criminal scam and should be reported.

These people are crooks. The whole thing is a scam. Item arrived very late, was awful synthetic material and not at all like the image online. After numerous emails they advised me I could return but to an address in China!!! Blah Blah and only 20% can be recovered and the 30 days has long expired. I should have been more careful - I usually am but acted too quickly this time. They should be reported to Action Fraud or the Police.

It was not as advertised and I asked for a return form It didn’t come so I returned it to the return address on the parcel it came in I have proof of it being delivered and to date I have not received a refund My emails to them are not being answered

Appalling is all I can say. I assumed I was ordering from a UK company and ordered a dress two weeks before a holiday as it looked a lovely cotton dress. The dress finally arrived two weeks after we returned, the fabric is not cotton but a very thin man made fabric. Never buy from this company. They need reporting to trading standards!

Ordered two different coloured dresses. After about 2 weeks two dresses arrived the same colour. Shockingly poor quality fabrics and stitching.. I have never seen such poor quality items. No returns instructions included, no reply to emails. Scammers!!!
Wish I had read these reviews beforehand... do not order from this company.

Complete scam, rip off firm
Dress arrived after many weeks. The only thing that was similar to the "100% cotton, embroidered dress" that I ordered, was the colour. 100% polyester stated on the label, no gathers under the bust as in picture, no embroidery, totally different shape, ie A shaped dress I'd never have ordered in a million years. Based in China so cost of return as much as paid for garment and no guarantee I'd ever get refund. I've accepted offer of 20% refund, yet to be paid so... we'll see 🤨

How can instagram allow companies that are scamming people so badly to post these lies- I’m normally so wary about buying clothes on line but the dresses looked so lovely- I’m more annoyed with myself for being taken in by a bunch of thieves - the dress I received is no more than a polyester rag.

Saw a nice looking summer dress on line, stupidly ordered it without checking the company out. Dress never arrived but the card charge did. This company is a complete scam - AVOID

I’ve been scammed by this outfit! I Should have checked with Trust Pilot first! Waited 5 weeks for item to arrive and when it did today it was atrocious! Advertised as 100% cotton dress! It’s a cheap see through nylon ‘dress’ poorly put together! No way is this legal in UK! Impossible to contact anyone! Don’t bother it’s a scam!

This is a scam; Sophie Oxford does not exist and the products come from China. They are very poor quality; one of my 2 dresses was thinner than the thinnest of polycotton bedsheets. There appears to be no means of returning. I have been well and truly caught out and wish I had read the reviews first.
