My Sonoff S60ZBTPG looks pretty - but in my HomeAssistant setup it doesn't do what it promises

I used the device to control a dehumidifier in a small room. I set the switch to Off at 2000 last night, and graphs for temp and humidity relfect that. But the Power reading suggests that the device was drawing power all night. I want to spot when the dehumidifer should be drawing power as a sign that the machine has turned off because the tank is full. This failure makes that impossible.

Reading online, it seems that others have also found that the device continues to report power usage after it has been turned off. But it seems that Sonoff have not fixed this.

Poor support.
Have been trying to use the ewelink support and forum.
Has to be one of the worst.
The forum doesn't have any easy way to add a new topic, and the support request keeps asking for device type etc.
It's not about devices, it's about your ewelink app.
If you have time on your hands, then this is the go to place.
If not avoid it.

I have a support case and got really nice help from their helpdesk.

I bought a led light strip and a light bulb from Sonoff. and I had the worst time trying to connect the bulb to the eWeLink app.

The process is very convoluted, and the steps are not communicated properly in the instruction.
You have to connect the device twice. First, you need to connect eWeLink to WiFi and then you need to connect the device using Bluetooth, which I figured after some tinkering and a great deal of frustration.

eWeLink App is also the thing that drags these products down. First of all, for some reason the app was not available in on PlayMarket in my region and I had to download an APK from the website. Not very convenient, but okay.

I tried eWeLink both on my Android and the IOS devices, and there is a major bug on IOS telling you that you have to allow the app the connect to WiFi. Such a permission DOES NOT EXIST in IOS.
You literally ask me to provide a non-existing permission, without which the app can not connect to WiFi, which renders it utterly useless.

Sonoff team, you'd be better off without this app. Create your own app or sell analogue remote controllers for your devices, because this app completely ruins user experience with your products.

Now about devices themselves, I like both the strip and the lamp, but I have a major complaint about the strip. I wanted to be able to set up static gradient with the strip, and it's impossible. You can only have moving gradient and you can't even set up your own colours for the gradient, you're stuck with the rainbow. And that was such a disappointment, you gave me all those LEDs and then you limited my creative ability to use them.

They are pretty good. I am using them in my home and office and they are really helpful for automation of home.

Products work randomly, are defective and are not working as expected. Support is absent and manual is badly written...strongly unrecommended it will give you headaches and you will lose many hours trying to fix issues that should not have existed from very beginning...

Bad sensors pir is random defect.
They trigger without any movement.
They dont care....

J'ai acheté un BRIDGE WIFI RF433 pour une installation domotique le 31 décembre 2021 sur le site néerlandais de SONOFF. Il est tombé en panne 13 jours plus tard. J'ai contacté la société SONOFF a deux reprises pour signaler le problème et demander un remboursement éventuel. RIEN... aucune réponse à mes messages alors que sur le site il est stipulé que la société fera tout pour aider le client. Il me reste juste le choix de mettre cet article de 25 euros à la poubelle. Plus jamais de produits SONOFF pour moi. 1 étoile c'est encore beaucoup trop je trouve. Concerne la commande 202161321.
