Order Never Shipped - Misleading Communication & No Resolution
I placed an order (Order #SDC-80000) for $140.00 with SOMEWHERE® on June 3, 2025. Despite their website indicating items would ship, my experience has been extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable.
Two weeks later, the item has still NOT been shipped.
Upon checking the USPS tracking number (9405550206217019577904) directly on the official USPS website, it clearly shows the status as "Pre-Shipment / Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item" since June 4, 2025. This definitively proves that USPS has never received the package from SOMEWHERE®.
When I contacted customer service regarding the lack of shipment, I received generic, unhelpful responses. Later, after opening a PayPal claim, SOMEWHERE® falsely claimed that my "order was shipped promptly" and that they were "starting a claim with the postal service to investigate why the tracking information has not been updated and to locate your package." This is a misleading statement, as the USPS tracking clearly shows the package was never in USPS's possession to begin with. There's nothing for them to "locate" from USPS's side.
Despite repeated attempts to get a clear answer and my demand for a full refund (as the item was never shipped), I have received no meaningful response or action from SOMEWHERE®. My money is gone, and I have no product.
This company has demonstrated a severe lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic customer service. They failed to ship my order, provided misleading information, and have been unresponsive to my legitimate concerns.
I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from SOMEWHERE® to prevent similar issues. I am now pursuing a full refund through my PayPal claim.
