Careful - sombrerospins.io is essentially operating under two different licenses, as I found out when I filed a complaint with Kahnawake concerning a denied withdrawal of more than 2100 Euros. One page is operated by Famagousta and licensed through the relatively strict regulatory body of Kahnawake. However, depending on the market, you can only register through the page that is operated by Green Champions S.R.L., which only holds a Costa Rica license. As Costa Rica basically does not have a regulatory body for online gambling, this operator could be considered unregulated. The Casino itself also refused any cooperation when I requested additional information concerning the reason for the denied withdrawal and continued citing a generic part of the Terms & Conditions without further explanation or evidence. As I cannot file an official complaint against the Casino, I can only warn everybody to stay away from Casinos of the Green Champions S.R.L. group.

I was lucky to win couple hundred in their sportsbook but all of the sudden they took all my money from my account. They send me several pages from their T&C, but they did not specify any reason for their action.

Used their sportbook. After few lucky wins, they closed my account and didnt paid out my winnings. I asked for the reason, which they didnt give - only random texts from their support. The best thing - it wasnt even big money - something around 300-400eur. You can imagine what will happen if you win more.

If they will come to their right mind any pay out my winnings, i will correct this review.

What a absolute toilet of a casino...My account was verified so i withdrew 400 and then that gets cancelled. As soon as I startes winning they want me to resubmit my I.d document that they already had. I do that that I withdraw 500 I won more but you can only withdraw 500 at a time. Then that gets cancelled they want all the card details that I'm withdrawing to in pdf format. In the mean time while I'm waiting for this to be verified I've played all my winnings. Please avoid this casino they are a terrible casino...Never ever will I play again so if they reading this I don't care if u verify my documents cos I will never spend another penny on your site

I do not recommend this casino because it is the worst shit.. I won £11,500 and unfortunately when I wanted withdrawing money there was a problem.. first they asked me to send documents for account verification, which of course I did.. my account was fully verified.. I withdrew £500 because that amount is the maximum for a single withdrawal..The money went to my bank account couple days after.. when I made the second withdrawal the casino decided to close my account and steal my winnings.. the reason for closing my account was allegedly that I broke the term and conditions, that I disrupt IP address, which is total nonsense.. Stay away from this casino because they are scammers

My experience with the casino ' sombrerospins.io '
Beginning 1 week ago.

1) Alfter my deposit of 75€ my account was closed after 5 minutes with the reason that i may not abuse bonusses (hahahaha, it was the first time i deposit and played here) , afterwards I got an apology, but this was already suspicious. Never experienced that.
-> Conclusion: a player starts playing with stress
this also explains why I lost 150€ in 2 days in sports .Normally I play for weeks with such an amount on sports.
(for this big mistake the casino is responsible and I think I deserve a freebet of at least 10€)

2) 10 times in 5 days I could not place bets because I got the message that I am not logged in but I was logged in. the problem is clearly with the casino, not with my phone. => Conclusion: I was unable to place a number of bets that I could have won and also stress again
(for this responsibility I earn 10€ freebet)

3) The casino always claims that the company is from famagusta (on the page yes) but the layout + the bonus rules are clearly those of NEW ERA and I can prove this.
(for this I do not need a freebet because I should not be so stupid to play here)

4) The casino did not pay out my won bet of 5€ and 25€ and comes up with excuses such as that cancelling a bet during a bonus is their right
Conclusion => (I think I earn at least 20€ freebet here)

5) The casino gives incorrect representation of tennis and football matches in live matches. I confront them 4 times and I am ignored.
I have proof that on other casinos and via google the result is the same and correct, only here there are big mistakes.
I bet on this bet and of course lost and I can prove it
Conclusion => (For this BIG mistake here too I think I deserve 10 or 20 € freebet)

6) The bonus rules are not fair
They are not in the rules on the page, the casino abuses them and improvises at the moment itself.
( for this I do not need a freebet, I should not be so stupid to play here and it is 'their right ')

7) I once had a loyalty bonus of 10€ after losing my 150€ (something that many casinos do so nothing special..)
after 10 years of experience and 500 casinos I have never seen such a rule as that you are not allowed to place above an odd of 5.00 (and this is still from their loyalty bonus from them where I had to beg like a dog)
It is ridiculous that the casino now says that they have already given a bonus for their mistakes.
NO, this bonus is there as loyalty
For all their professional mistakes I did not give a bonus and they refuse to give me one and take their responsibility.

8) The only positive thing I can say is that I was verified 'quickly' but this is of no use to me after all these disappointments and mistakes and then the positive suddenly becomes negative because the minimum payout option is 100€
The average of a casino is 20€
This is the reality...

If we add up all the freebets I would like to ask for 60€ /70€ freebet or even HAVE to get it (and then I am not talking about all the stress I lost because of but you can not prove this) and I only ask for 20€ freebet and they do not even want to give this...

After warning them honest that i will write this complaints in intenenet ->
today i saw that they closed permanent my account and refuse any conversation.
While i have still 25€ in my account and pending bets.

Its a big big risk.
The only thing they repeat after the issues is ' Sorry for the issues but we are a legal casino ' 🤡
The company famagusta is en okay, but sombrerospins.io is FALSE and NEW ERA company has only bad reviews.

UK players, should never open an account with Sombrerospins.io. We are not allowed to play. They let us to open accounts, and to make deposits but,... not to play. 😃 Once you have made the deposit, you will see that all of the games will be available only in Demo mode. Never for real. They advertise them self as a nongamstop casinos, offering bonuses in GBP. But once you realise that your money are stick in their casino without being able to play, you will get in touch with them. And after a while, they will ask you for proof of identity, address, income, etc just to get your data. Preciouse informations. Pretending that you are their customer 🤣 You cant be their customer if you have never played.
I have sent them my bank details, IBAN and BIG to send my money back but they need all of that sensitive information, which they should never ask because we are not their customers if we never played, and being restricted by their own rules, we shouldn't be allowed to open an account with they . I can't play, and even if I could, if I will ever want to withdraw, for sure they will remember that you shouldn't play there because there's a restriction in place for UK players.
I really hope, someone who have power and authority, to close this casino, and the owners to be taken to the jail!!!
