Service so bad I actually thought it…
Service so bad I actually thought it was a scam website, pity because the girl who rang me eventually when I was emailing about my order was very nice,but it doesn't change anything they do not provide the service they advertise to provide, they let me order knowing the were out of stock and I payed almost ten euro for next day delivery and it didn't come untill days later ? I won't be ordering again from my experience.

For clarity, your order was delivered one day later than expected. It was not several days late. The order was dispatched one working day later as it was fulfilled from one of our stores so that everything you ordered could be sent together in one shipment.
This was explained during the phone call at the time, and the order was delivered in full the next day.
We understand that choosing next-day delivery sets a clear expectation, and while in this case the parcel arrived one day late, we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible while ensuring customers receive their full order.
