Don’t Order A Remote That Doesn’t Come From The Same Company.
I cannot figure out how to integrate this new remote device to the existing strip lights and there are no instructions to guide me.
Andrew from Solid Apollo called me, patiently talked me through my issues, and showed a [genuine] concern in effort to make sure all was good. I will definitely be buying add’l product from them.

As we discussed, our controller is specifically designed to pair with our LED strip lights, and it may not function properly with other brands. That compatibility difference is likely what caused the difficulty when trying to integrate it with your existing strip lights.
We also reviewed the setup instructions together, which are available on our website for reference anytime. I’m happy we were able to get your questions answered and that the call was helpful.

I was the first “walk-in” customer for…
I was the first “walk-in” customer for Solid Apollo after they opened many, many years ago. (I needed the LED components the same day). That was a great idea because I truly did not understand all the possibilities.
My number one concern was depth of stock. I was happy to find that I really could execute my plan which required 10 (9-1/2) reels of identical LED strip. And I learned quite s bit in the process. On really big projects you can inject power many different ways.
Most important, their product selection is enormous and they can answer any question. Try asking a counter person at an electrical distributor how to design or use their (limited) selection of products. You will get a blank stare like a deer in the headlights.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the diffusers did not work for your specific application. This item is a non-electronic plastic diffuser designed to fit LED channels, and performance can vary depending on how it’s used and paired with lighting components.
After you contacted us, we promptly issued an RMA so the items could be returned. Unfortunately, return shipping costs, especially for 78-inch long items, are set by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.
We’re always happy to help customers confirm product compatibility before purchase and to assist with returns when needed. Please feel free to reach out if you have additional questions or need help selecting the right product for your setup.

Andrew was very knowledgeable about the equipment. We have an existing DMX system and are looking to replace the lighting with your companies driverless style LED strings. He answered all my questions and we purchased a test kit. The test has been successful and we will be moving forward with a much larger purchase from Apollo.

When my Mars Hydro light went out from…
When my Mars Hydro light went out from bad wiring and no good response from them it was off to my local grow store World of Organic.
I told him my story and that I didn't want my girls to sit in the dark until I could order a new one. He recommended you light. he was right it a real good light the girls don't even miss the old light.
my one note would be to make it more rigid after you unfold it. it kept trying to fold back up after I hung it up . i rigged it up but latch or Brace would be nice. but that part doesn't bother the girls .
so kept spreading the Sunshine.
