Bedfordview branch. Your products are good but your courier is bad. Rather don’t courier panels at all because your courier partner doesn’t take responsibility of rackless handling on panels. Ordered the 6.2KVA Ecco Pure Sine Wave Load shedding Combo 6200 Watt 5.12KWH Lithium Battery package, arrived within 2 days, great service from Keith Mac Mahon at Pta branch
Only drawback is the wifi and the app for monitoring, cant get it to work and the manual is not very clear about that.
