Ignorance and Green
As a first-time buyer of a small, inexpensive product, I was deeply disappointed to find that it did not match the web picture. The critical fuse I received turned out to be an AC fuse instead of the DC fuse I needed. This discrepancy could have led to disastrous results in the event of a battery short. Despite my concerns, the salesperson insisted that it was the correct component based on his supplier's word, even though the crucial information on the fuse was missing. The salesperson's rude and ignorant behavior, coupled with his lack of basic customer service training, was unacceptable. Even after applying AI intelligence to the product ratings, I was strongly advised not to use that specific fuse. Fortunately, another supplier confirmed that the fuse was indeed incorrect. I purchased a new fuse from them, which amusingly matched the one depicted on Solar Warehouse's website.

Online ordering and shipping was great. Our unit, GenXGas 18L has now been installed by a registered Gas Installer and our COC has been issued. Unit knobs, both left (power)& right (water pressure) does not line with markings for Min or Max indicators at all. Unit ignites immediately when warm water opened, however takes long to actually
heat up water, estimate about 60+seconds, but when temp is reached it's great. It's only day 3 and I hope this unit will last good time.
