Solar warehouse great. Courier Guy not so great.
No issues with Solar Warehouse but I haven't received my inverter yet and its now been 7 days. Delivery was supposed to have been last week already by the Courier Guy. It seems they left my parcel sitting in their warehouse for a week. It finally arrived today.

Frustrating Returns
I originally bought 2 GEB 200AH batteries in the beginning of the year for my 24v inverter. They arrived in perfect condition and are still going strong, i don't discharge them below 50%. So I decided to buy another GEB 200AH battery for another 12v inverter. Battery arrived in good time, I connected the battery up and it failed to run any load in backup mode, not even a minute. I took the battery for testing and it was completely flat, the company put it on charge for 2 days and on my return they advised me that the battery was faulty and not taking a charge. I contacted Solar Warehouse SA and proceeded with the returns process. This is where my frustration comes in, the battery was sent back and took a week just to test, the delays in email communication was very slow. I eventually just asked for my money back because from the day I received the battery 16 Feb 2024 till now 13 March 2024 is what Ive lost because of the battery being sent faulty. I understand products can be faulty but at least make an effort to correct the mistake and not just focus on sales service. I was considering buying a 10kwh Conderenergy unit with S-Volt 5kwh combo from Solar Warehouse SA but now I will go else where due to this
kind of returns policy.

I bought the the inverter and lithium battery Combo and a placed orders for 2 of my friends for the same combo and then order 2 panels and other stuff and so far I'm happy and my two friends are more than happy. And now I going to order a Inverter trolley for my other friend so I hope all will go well and she get to be happy too.
