From start to finish have had first class service from Chris at Solarspot sales, and from Dermot, who advised on the number and location of of the tubes (in our 19th century very steeply pitched, slate roof). Delivery of the units was straightforward ... I paid over phone and delivery arrived the following day!
Dermot then arranged a day for installation(weather dependent) and on the day his work was quick (arrived 9am, finished by 2pm), clean, and professional; felt 'my roof' was in safe hands - a true gentleman.
Have had two D25 suntubes installed in our kitchen-dining room and they have made an enormous difference to the light levels, and the diffusers look good in the ceiling too - all our visitors have remarked positively.
Would offer 6 stars if available!!

Two sun tunnels were installed by fitters recommended by Chris at Solarspot and the result has more than exceeded our highest hopes for extra light in our bungalow.

Initial contact with Solarspot was easy and Chris organised a site visit with independent fitters. Having decided on the units Chris sent an initial estimate of cost which we were happy with. The ordering process was completely straightforward and the units arrived 2 days later.

Andy and Russell the fitters turned up on time and got straight on with the installation. As a team they were simply excellent and finished the job in just over half a day.

The finished installation is superb and our kitchen and bathroom are now so light in the day. I would not hesitate to recommend Solarspot to anyone interested in getting more light into dark places.

During renovation of part of the house we closed off what were previously windowed doors, which left our hallway with little to no sunlight.

This meant we had to keep doors open to allow as much light as we could, but it had little effect and obviously had an impact on heating costs.

Now though, the light in the hallway is nice and bright, even when all doors are shut.

Excellent product and excellent levels of service to go with it.

This is something I had not got any idea if it would lighten up my bathroom. I fitted this kit in about 3 hours it was a very good and well thought out plans easy to follow. The chap I spoke to explained the whole thing and helped me on the phone to sort out the parts needed. I would recommend any one with a dark room to buy this as my bathroom now looks as though we have got a light on all the time not a dark corner to be seen.

It’s amazing. The amount of light coming in, and the difference that it makes being in the room, is really incredible. Indeed, walking past the room, during the daytime, we keep on thinking that we must have left the light on in there!

I cannot believe the difference the two solarspot fittings have made to my kitchen. This is endorsed by builders and decorators who came before and after the fitting I keep having to remind myself there are no lights on in the room

Solarspot were a pleasure to deal with from the first enquiry I made, through to arranging and completing the installation of 3 sun tunnels in a day and a half. Around 3 weeks from first enquiry to completion. The sun tunnels are amazing, bringing daylight into my dark windowless hallway. I would not hesitate to recommend the product and Solarspot for a hassle free experience.

This is the second Solar spot I have purchased and also my neighbour has purchased one after seeing the results.
When first tunnel was fitted to a windowless room my wife thought the electric light had been left on.
VERY satisfied with the product the first tunnel now being one year old.

Fantastic delivery of an ingenious product that has literally lightened up our lives. The difference it has made is amazing. Lovely people, efficient service, would highly recommend.

This system is by far the best on the market ,having done 6 months research into light tunnels .this solarspot is better for day light distribution and come with a light for dark evenings .the service is brilliant from ordering to delivery was only a few days, also we used there recommend fitters which for a small payment extra to the price did a excellent job,and I would recommend both company and fitters, so if you are in need of a light tunnel .I would give these a try you will not be disappointed.

Had trouble with PayPal. but when I phoned them they were very sorry about the PayPal and they soon sorted the problem , after which I could not fault them the product was with me next day

Fabulous, the best money we have spent on the house. The difference is unbelievable, fitted quickly and Solaspot were very helpful throughout. Would recommend to everyone.

Pleasure to deal with. Their recommended installers were lovely and very neat in their installation and left the house very tidy. The solarspot system is already making a fantastic difference to our kitchen which has no other source of natural light. No need to have the lights on in the middle of the day in summer anymore. Natural light makes all the difference. Would thoroughly recommend the company, their product and their installers.
