Had a recent installation, and it went very well - my satisfaction and I am please I made the right choice.

I placed my order in June and, while there was a wait, the experience turned out great in the end. Initially scheduled for installation on September 2nd, the installer wasn't able to make it that day. However, when I reached out on the 3rd, Tom informed me that the installation was rescheduled for the 4th.

On the 4th, the installer arrived around 7:15 PM, worked diligently for an hour, and showed remarkable dedication after his long day. His commitment really impressed me! He returned the next day and completed the installation with expertise and effort over three hours.

While there were some bumps in communication, I am very pleased with the high quality of work from the installer. His professionalism made the wait worthwhile. Overall, I would give this experience 5 stars for the installer’s dedication!
