It is not at all convenient to transfer money out. There are only two options: the card and Webmoney, which has been dead for a very long time. We need new methods. There are Payeer, Payoneer, Advanced Cach, Binance and many others. But there are no options here and that is very unfortunate. Uncomfortable. It's time to evolve but nothing has changed for many years.

Ruslan! Thank you for your honest feedback. We definitely have a lack of withdrawal options, and we are working on it. Maybe you tell us what method do you find most important?
More considerate to US users stuck using USD. The banks in the US don't use IBAN, and the ones using it charge an expensive fee because it's working with Euro banks.
It would be more helpful if there were a way to directly withdraw our funds paid in USD, to some USD channel instead of Wise-Euro being the only option. We lose a lot to Solar Staff's conversion rate this way.
This could be due to language barrier, but the team's customer service can sometimes be passive aggressive in their responses, while offering invalid feedbacks. It has not been pleasant trying to work out the USD or bank transfer issues with them.
