I ordered 4 bottles of salt nic and the…

I ordered 4 bottles of salt nic and the tracking for the order was added the day the order was placed (December 16th). The problem is that it's now over a week later (December 23rd) and the item still hasn't even shipped out. The tracking just says it is in pre-shipment and the post office hasn't received it yet. I emailed customer support yesterday morning and still haven't received a response for over 24 hours. Not very happy with this order at this point. The product itself is great as I get it from local vendors, but the experience of ordering direct has left a lot to be desired.

Beware do not order from this company

Beware do not order from this company. I ordered $65 worth of product and never received it. I emailed them twice called three times and left a voicemail each time and nobody at this company can be bothered to call me back. USPS tracking says that it never left the city it started in. I'm really disappointed that I spent $65 on a product I didn't get and that the company won't call me back. I will never use them again and discourage anyone else from doing so as well.

Shipping Great, flavor not so much...

As far as shipping and confirmation, absolutely great. As far as the actual product, I’ll be honest it left a lot to be desired. The “Bold Tobacco” was far from any tobacco flavor I’ve ever tasted. I’ve smoked cigars, cigarettes, pipe tobacco, even rolled my own in a stripping room- this is definitely none of those.

NOT a mint flavor - it's a menthol.

I have loved this company and have purchased their juice exclusively for nearly a year. Since September, the company has changed their plain mint flavor to a menthol and did not send out any notification that they did so. Menthol flavors make me sick to my stomach so my purchase went to waste. The quality of the juice is above standard and it is a genuine menthol, so I give them credit for that. But I can't give more than one star when I purchased something called "mint" and received a menthol. While I understand the change due to politics is out of their hands, the government did not force them to sell a menthol juice with the same name and label as a non-menthol juice. Even Juul had the decency to differentiate their menthol and mint products. But unfortunately it seems that Solace is no longer above misleading loyal customers.

Best in the business!!!!!!

Only Solace!

Service is excellent so far. I only vape one brand and it's Solace. I'm a smoker of 50yrs and now a non smoker of 5 months vaping Solace Bold Tobacco Nic Salts. I did a lot of research before hand and kept seeing and hearing the name, Solace. Shipping is fast, prices are affordable and product is good quality.

Ordered some Nic salt on November 23rd and it never did arrive. I've never had any issues before, and I sent an email about this issue but have not heard back yet. Maybe the issue is USPS delays, it was supposed to be delivered no later than November 28th. Hoping it shows up before I run out, otherwise I'll have to start shopping locally moving forward

Never received my package

I placed my order November 8th, and still have not received it. I called and emailed hoping to get some help and I was never contacted in return. Super bummed I spent so much money to not receive anything.

Better late than never.

Ordered and paid for six items but only received two. Emailed customer service and received no reply. Anywhere else this would be considered theft!
