Ryan and his team were absolutely excellent. We tried to use a different supplier prior to Ryan and they left us a bit high and dry. Ryan and sola renewable came in without a moments hesitation, gave us a clear plan and executed it not only quickly but to a very high standard. Was always available for a call and had the patience of a saint explaining to us how it all works. Super knowledgeable and very hands on. Couldn't be more happy with our install.

I installed solar panels some 10 years ago on my last house so I had a good idea of what I wanted from the installer and Ryan of Sola ticked those boxes both before, during and after the installation. So what was I looking for
1. Is this a sales pitch or someone and a company that knows what they are talking about?
2. Would they design a system suitable for my property and needs with options or recommend and fit their standard offering?
3. Would they be carrying out and personally overseeing the installation and organising the scaffolding or would it be subcontracted?
4. Was it a reasonable timeframe from placing the order to completion?
5. Would the installation be completed as planned in the timeframe agreed at the agreed price with everything left clean and tidy?
6. What after installation services did they offer? In particular could I just phone up and ask for advice and or report any problems? (There have not been any).
I recon I got a good deal at a competitive price with excellent service and yo cannot ask for anything better than that.

We chose to go with Sola as Ryan gave us the confidence that he knows what he’s talking about. We had a few other companies to quote us where one was a pure salesman who didn’t know any technical details, and another who also had limited knowledge and didn’t fill us with confidence. Ryan wasn’t pushy, knows his stuff, and was easy to work with to get the right system for what we needed. He did the install and was on hand to answer any questions before, during and after the work. We have had the system for 9 months and it’s already generating a decent return. I’d definitely recommend Ryan and Sola.

From start to finish, Sola were totally professional - in their attitude, in listening to our needs, in their approach to the work on the install day (as were the scaffolders) and in providing infomation once complete.
A great team. Ryan designed a system exactly as we had asked for and supervised the install and did the commisioning. Polite and professional throughout. The scaffolders did their job again professionally and on time - despite it being stupidly hot!
The guys on the roof and the electricians worked hard to get the job done in less than a day, communicating well with Ryan and us on progress. Genuinely a pleasure to have this team in the house. They clearly work well together and nice to see a groups of young people just getting on with stuff!

We chose them over others who have a longer track-record and are bigger. They were all competitive on price. But you go with those you trust and those you like from the off. Ryan ticked all the boxes.

We have recently undergone a full house renovation and chose Sola to work on the solar panels and battery backup, best choice we made.

Ryan has been a dream to work with from the start to finish. He was in constant contact during the project and made frequent visits early on to ensure all required cabling etc was in place so that everything could be hidden to provide a seamless finish.

Sola came highly recommended to me by a neighbour. I had seen the quality of their work so had high expectations.
After the initial visit, reviewing the proposal, and refining the fine detail, I selected Sola as they offered me the bundle I wanted at a competitive price. I felt comfortable with Ryan. He was attentive, available to talk, explained things in simple terms and delivered on what we said he would.
Installation was completed efficiently within a day by the 2 electrical engineers and 2 roofers under Ryan's supervision. Where a decision was required, e.g. for cable routing, we were able to talk this through.
Commissioning was complete the following day.
Ryan returned to support us with a few teething issues with the GivEnergy App and EV charger which we found was not wholly intuitive. We then went through the handover pack where we identified a few anomalies that were later resolved.
I appreciated Ryan's attention to detail, the hard work put in by him and his team, and his availability for the after care support.

We received a great service in every respect from Ryan Williams and his Sola team on our installation of solar panels, battery and car charger. This started with the survey of the house, discussing our needs and using his technical knowledge to design an optimum system, for example using different sizes of panels to increase coverage. We received support through conservation area consent and then the installation was carried out exactly as planned. His team worked very hard and everything was completed to a high standard. Ryan arranged very quickly for some roof tiles broken by the scaffolders to be repaired, and we are very pleased with the final installation which is generating the forecast power.

Loved Ryan and his team. He was introduced by a friend who had Ryan for his solar panels and Ryan was the first person I met when I had zero knowledge of this space. He laid the ground work but then did my due diligence and spoke to far too many other companies. I had quotes, chats, meetings and advice given to me and each time my knowledge grew but my awareness of the market also grew. After 6 weeks of quotes I realised that Ryan was by far the only person/ company that I trusted as I spoke to far too many sales people who traded in solar panels. I felt sold too by so many and part of a sales patter far too often and with Ryan it’s pretty simple. He Explains what’s needed, he fills in gaps where you have no knowledge and He is so different from The competition. He also made a couple of basic mistakes quoting on my system as i changed it so many times (my choice) What’s best is that he informed me of the mistakes he found (I would never have known) and then made me aware and still offered the mistaken extras for no extra cost. It’s parts like this that really show the gulf between him and his competition. He was honest, highlighted the mistake, owned the mistake and moved on. So simple but so rare.

His team for the implementation were great. It was a really hot week and they were great and worked insanely hard in severe conditions. There was also a connection issue that kicked in after 24 hours and he fully fixed and resolved everything.

Really honest, trustworthy And fantastic company to go for your solar panels or batteries. We chose this company over the bigger companies As they approached with so much more nicer and relaxed, they gave a lot more detailed information And really helped us to work out what would be best for us rather than For their pockets! Would really recommend them have done so already too many friends and family! They managed the whole install, including the electricians and every little part required. Great leadtimes, pricing and service! And also lovely after-care as well!

It was between Sola and a large company and I choose Sola due to their amazing customer service, attention to detail, and quality of work on their social media.

I have no regrets, the work is amazing, and when I needed help with the app, Ryan went out of his way on a Sunday to show me how to work the app.

Initially he took the time to go through the quote, and was flexible in discussing options, giving advice, and ensuring I had the best quote possible.

In the days leading up to install, he was flexible, and communication was great, ensuring I had all the information available and the process was clear. The scaffolding was installed a few days prior. On the day of the install, everything was punctual, clean, efficient and conducted to a high quality. Scaffolding was removed 1-2 days after.
Within 24 hours I had all the necessary paperwork, and payment was completed at this stage. Ryan has been communicative after the sale, with any issues.
