I was quite late in the game with joining SE and oh man did I realise how much I've been missing out on all this time.

The speed in which I got signed and started working was incredible and extremely helpful in pulling me out of a tight spot due to ir35 being implemented.

I've mainly been dealing directly with Laura B and what an, for lack of a better word, absolute legend she is. So kind, fun and easy to communicate with.

It's early days for me and SE. However based on how great the first few months were, I'm really looking forward to seeing what we work on together in the future!

I've been working with Soho Editors for a while now as an editor and just want to say they have been brilliant. They have gotten me so many great jobs, working with some fantastic people, and Laura and Anna are both super friendly and responsive, always there if you need them to help make sure things run as smoothly and easily as possible. They have totally taken the hassle out of looking for projects, something which I was never very good at, invoicing is simple too, and it's been a real joy to be working with them. Why offer a taster course then after you book 3 times in a row hear nothing...

I've always had a great experience with Soho Editors for recruitment. Nicholas not only understands your brief very well, is fully communicative and quick, but he's provided most of our recent hires. He knows the industry inside-and-out, plus with the added benefits of being a training provider, any holes in any post production skills can be quickly remedied.

I'd been let down by 2 editors and decided to use Soho Editors. Laura was responsive and provided 3 recommendations of which I interviewed 2. I couldn't be happier with our choice - the editor was fast, creative and had great client handling skills. The whole process was fuss free. As first experiences go, it's been pretty great and competitively priced. 10/10.

The training was excellent, lots of good insights and tips, the instructor was explaining everything brilliantly.
John contacted me after the course to provide some extra materials covering a topic we didn't have time to work on during those 2 training days.

The course instructor was well prepared for the class. He explained everything really clearly and answered all my questions. I had a few aspects I wanted to focus on specifically during the course and the instructor did an amazing job in taking me step by step through all the technical aspects of it. I took a beginners course at a different company and I thought it was a waste of money. Soho editors are really professional and the quality of teaching is excellent.

I've had the pleasure to work with Laura and Anna, and briefly with Nick, and I have to say they are the warmest and friendliest bunch people I've worked with!

Laura and Anna are a cracking team and so far for me they have really delivered beyond what I was initially expecting. They're both friendly and professional and will look after you and will make sure you enjoy the jobs they give you. They have really helped me fall back in love with editing, and have allowed me to focus on the job at hand and not stress about searching for work and dealing with clients.

I've only been with SOHO Editors for a couple of months or so, but I will gladly recommend them to any editor at any skill level - they will find something that suits you!

My only regret is that I took so long to join them!

I can't recommend their service enough. As a professional working in the industry, Soho, both as an agency and training centre, provide everything you could possibly need to support you and your work. I've been very happy with this first experience of working with Nicholas at Soho Editors to find full time producer talent. He has taken the brief and fulfilled it twice over. Highly recommend giving him a go in the future.

We've used Soho Editors several times for training and to be honest the booking each time has been shambolic with dates being constantly moved at the last minute.

We've had enough now with the recent training session cancelled at the last minute and although we offered to pay for one on one, as it was important, it took them 3 days to organise at which point the trainer wasn't available anyway.

As we aren't London based we lost deposits on train and AirBnB bookings.

It just doesn't seem like a very professional business with poor customer service and management.

To be honest it felt like they couldn't be bothered.

We will certainly not use them again or recommend them to other agencies as we have in the past.

Last week I completed a three day Premiere Pro course virtually and I couldn't recommend it enough. It was completely professional, engaging, and thorough, whilst not being intimidating or difficult. What a complete success and it was a wonderful three days – Thank you!

Excellent, carefully explained, patient, advanced level teaching. The skills I've learnt from two of their courses have been an invaluable aid to my everyday work.

At the beginning of the recruitment process, it was not clear what role was the candidate was sent for as we were recruiting for 2 different roles in postproduction. I gave that feedback and then it was more clear.

It was a long process but Nick had a good attitude the whole time.
