The bike arrived in great condition and was relatively simple to assemble. My wife and I each have one. Although it didn’t come with a manual, I was able to easily find the assembly video and electronic manual on the website, but I’d recommend watching the video to get a clearer understanding of the steps. Once it was put together, I took it for a test ride, and I was pleasantly surprised by how fast it goes—24 mph, which is pretty fast for a bike! The ride was smooth, and after adjusting the seat, it felt really comfortable. The bike handles great, and I’m excited to use it on our camping trips. The only downside is the weather’s been rainy, so I haven’t had a chance to fully test it yet, but I’m confident it’s going to be an awesome bike. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and fun ride!

This bike gets a five-star rating the S3 step through has great power. It is rated for 300 lb it performed well above that I hauled a Pennsylvania white-tailed deer out of the woods for a friend on my cart that I made. This past deer season I was 3 mi in the Deep Woods and it hauled the deer up and down those Hills with no problem back to the truck. I recommend this bike to anybody. Folds up and is compact I stuck it in the backseat of a Ford Fusion.

I recently purchased a bundle deal from this website, getting two bikes—one for myself and one for my dad. My dad has some knee issues, so I thought the S3 step-through model would be perfect for him, and I got the H3 for myself.

There was a small hiccup with the order; they initially only shipped one bike due to a system error that didn’t sync the order for two bikes. However, their customer service team was very apologetic and quickly sent out the second bike along with a complimentary phone mount, which was a nice touch.

The customer service was great, though some of their emails ended up in my spam folder, so keep an eye out for that. Overall, I’m very happy with both bikes and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable ride!

RUN AWAY, DON’T PURCHASE!
My wife and I attempted to purchase two bikes. The first arrived non functional and no update when the second was due to arrive. We’ve been trying to contact the company for several weeks to get a refund and have only received non-coherent emails stating “they sorry” for lost “car”. We’ve left several voicemails and emails, only to get the runaround. We’re in the process of bringing fraudulent criminal charges against them as I write this review! Don’t make the same mistake we did!

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The batteries and bike brakes are complete junk. They have sent me parts to attempt to fix the battery five different times now. Every time I have to pay to actually have the bike fixed. The battery will last about two weeks at most until it is fries the ignition again. I had one go bad the same day we received it and it takes 2 to 3 weeks for them to send a new part. They are based out of China and work on China time. You can only communicate through email, they respond while you’re sleeping . I wish I had never wasted my money on this bike and their return policy is horrendous. I am now working with my bank to try and get my money back as this is a lemon product and a fraudulent company.

(side note - AMZ rejected my review. I violated their policy by using my smiling face. Oops? No. Hopefully that does not happen here. I have owned the M3 for 6 weeks now).

I bought the Sohamo M3 ebike because I needed a monster bike to get me to & from my new job - which is 10 miles each way. I live in the Midwest along the Mississippi River, so winter often is six months long.

The M3 is a BEAST! Totally sturdy (85 lbs) and reliable as can be. People think I look like a cop, which doesn't break my heart because drivers are nuts!
The M3's powerful lights are integrated into a smooth operating system that is easy to use. It's a sharp looking bike and I'll admit - I look happy & feel happy as I ride with confidence.
For the 20ah upgraded battery that I bought and Highly recommend, typically I ride in 3-4 PAS mode, which is plenty fast for me; often a steady 15-32 mph for 55 miles (or 45 using lights). I rarely utilize the battery all the way, so to speak but when I do, it takes 9-10 hours to fully charge, and they advise to Not overchage.
Since my commute is 20 miles roundtrip daily, I charge the battery each night at bedtime. I always wake up for a bathroom break, and the charger turns to a green light after 4-6 hours, on average. I feel better going to work on a full charge, because stuff happens.
This bike was worth every penny and has been a life-changing purchase for me, as I have neither driven nor had a bike in 15 years (seriously).
Assembly is generally a complicated task for me.....so I called a puzzle master with a PhD for help & she figured it out in 2 hours, slightly miffed. One of the screws or parts in the middle section really gave her heck, but assembling the M3 or any bike is impossible for me without assistance. Just saying - phone a friend and feed them well.
If you're looking for a bada-- bike with bang for your buck, get the M3 and upgrade it to the 20ah battery. I could not be more satisfied as a customer!
Also, I highly recommend buying a premium bike lock, removing your battery after each use, get a lighted helmet and finally, a black XL bike cover. This is my top-of the-line Cadillac ebike, and I treasure it.
