I purchased a 365 account with them that didn’t work. After I contacted them I was given another product which was not what I bought. I contacted them several times but they seem keen on ignoring emails. I will be raising a chargeback.

I bought software MS project, based on the fact that the installation instructions posted on there website said I would download from setup.office.com.....once purchased the email instructions were different and wouldn't work with my existing software. I explained that to them and gave them 2 weeks and 4 emails to respond and nothing.

Do yourself a favor and avoid these people

Shockingly bad service! AVOID AT ALL COSTS downloads don’t work and ‘customer services’ refuse to engage.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Softwareg. I purchased a Microsoft Office license on July 14, 2026, but the product was not functioning as advertised.

Despite many attempts to contact their support team for a resolution, the responses have been unhelpful and they are now ignoring my emails completely. I requested a working license or refund under their own advertised policies for an item that doesn't work, and they have failed to address the issue or provide any support. Save your money and avoid this company at all costs.

I wish I'd read reviews before dealing with this company, lesson learned. Softwareg (Product Keys Pty Ltd ABN 74 640 285 285) offers software at a fraction of the typical retail price. Sounds too good to be true? I ordered Visio, paid by credit card and received a link and a product key. I made several attempts but could not install the software, even though I tried on two different computers using administrator rights. Error message every time. I have requested a refund but I am not confident that I'll get one, based on the reviews I have read. I would advise caution dealing with this retailer.
UPDATE; I have made three requests for a refund which has not been provided. The retailer has now stopped responding to my emails. I have lodged a dispute with my bank, but I'm not confident that I'll get my money back. I have also lodged a complaint of misleading and deceptive conduct, based on the fact that the website clearly states that they will provide a refund. I agree with others who have reviewed softwareg - do NOT purchase anthing on this website unless you are prepared to risk losing your money. Very dodgy.

I paid for software and given product key never worked, given support contact telephone is disconnected, they don't give refund and no one is available to help. Don't buy anything from this people. They are fraud, they should be fined and put into jail for cheating customer over internet false advertising

Do not buy from this company because it sold me office 365 with 3 different product keys which none of them work all fraudulent and still not received my money back

Scammers selling pirated copies which will work for just couple of weeks. Stay away.

TOTAL SCAM - bad key, will not refund nor respond to my emails, and charged me TWICE including a fraudulent PAYPAL charge to my credit card

Bought lifetime ofice365 from the website. 5 months later and my account is gone. My details were used by someone to create accounts on different website in these 5 months. I couldnt connect the 2 events at first but now I think it must be linked to this.

Total scam. I paid $40 for Office 2019. At first, they sent me a couple of product keys to try, but none of them worked. Instead of providing a working key or resolving the issue, they sent me a lengthy instruction page telling me to call Microsoft and try various troubleshooting steps. When I requested a refund because the product did not work, they stopped responding completely. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend buying from this seller.

SCAM alert! the M365 product login fails and they will incorrectly blame Microsoft and not fix the issue - do not purchase, avoid at all costs to save your money and time

It's a scam. You buy and it doesn't work.

The company uses deceptive marketing tactics and when pushed to give a refund, gives the run around claiming someone else needs to sign off on the refund, but they never issue one. And because they let the issue drag on for so long, it eventually gets too far beyond the time for any disputes with the credit card company, so you end up losing your money and don't have a working product either. Stay clear

Ordered Microsoft 365 5 user license. Followed the recommended procedure on the furnished .pdf with the login credentials email. Everything worked perfectly. Would order from them again.

As others have stated "SCAM"!
Saying that, I did have Office 365 Pro activated. But, not all the features were available, per Softwareg's advertised claim.
Contacting Softwareg is a waste of time: mobile number provided is never answered. Emailing them, they never respond.
Purchased 19/03/25. 2 weeks ago (mid April 2026), could not access any Office 265 apps/programs, due to "product key license not valid"!
The claim by Softwareg "Life time" activation of Office programs and the product key is false.
In summary: AVOID SOFTWAREG and AVOID PURCHASING FROM THEM!

i just fished one of these old keys out of my emails and it still works!, very cheap Windows keys, you can even reuse them.

this is a scam, so don't waste your money or time. The keys that they will send you are NOT recognised by Microsoft. None of the Microsoft phone numbers are legit, and Microsoft will NOT assist you. Then you need to try to get your money back, change credit cards etc. . . . Just don't do it.

We purchased that license that was not working, we asked for help still not working, then we asked for refund they just ignored us. We lost money for nothing. Tried to contact by email and phone call but no answer. Live chat is not helpful (Did not know their own business hour). Never recommended to use this website.
