The software did not work after numerous attempts and after a few different versions of office we managed to get it over the line

I purchased Microsoft Office 2021 Home and Business. Code was sent within minutes. I struggled a little following the installation instructions but managed it eventually, I did email the company for advice at support @ jogokeys. com but did not get a reply. Amazing price

I have bought office digital copy UK English and it's turned out to be Danish version try to change language but can't change it and plus point is no contact to seller!

Fantastic service. I ordered a Microsoft package for my wife's Chromebook, but found it wouldn't download correctly or work (I probably didn't research this enough). Within minutes, I emailed customer services with my issue and requested a refund if it could not be fixed.

In less than an hour, I got an email from Carl to confirm it would not work and that he had processed a full refund.

First Class Service. Very Impressed.

The software delivery was sound , problem was getting the approvals etc , eventually ms sorted the reistering etc

All good, only problem was Microsoft not Software Codes

Delivered what was promised. Found it a little tricky to activate the key but even for a numpty I managed it.

Website was easy to navigate for what I needed, (Microsoft Office). My file downloaded quickly and it installed as per the instructions included. I had to ask for help with something along the way and they were helpful and responded quickly. Recommended and will use them again :)

I received the key code, and the instructions email as soon as I paid for the office 2021 home and student, I did carefully follow the instructions, it downloaded the files to my pc, I then clicked the set up on the box it opened up, and typed in to find the word document and you must click the telephone installation, which I did, you get through straight away, I opted to be sent a text, I then clicked that link, and had to input the code from my phone into the boxes on the pc, and submit, it, then had to put the other codes into my phone, which came up it was a success, it advices you to keep this for further reference, so I took a screen shot of it. I then tried opening the excel and PowerPoint, they opened up straight away, I didn't have to repeat the process 3 times. Certainly much cheaper than paying for office 365 or buying it directly from Microsoft.

Easy to download and if you follow the install instructions there is no problem

Bought MS Office for Mac. Was a really good price. Had some issues getting it to work but it was because I was using safari rather than chrome for the download. The customer service was good and helped to get it sorted. Would buy from them again.

This product was a pain to install and then everytime you open one of the Office products, a warning sign came up. Finally stopped working after a month. Feel ripped off
Thank you for replies, I followed the instructions precisely (several times) with no improvement. I have now purchased the 365 package from Microsoft giving me reassurance of no issues.

Prices are good, customer service is quick and thorough. Had a brief issue (my end) and the help team responded straight away. Product loaded and installed perfectly. Would recommend

Good price for Office 2019 and the setup was easy. Then came the problem, it kept telling me the license had already been used. I sent an email, but got response. After a couple of days, I rang Microsoft activation and they told me I had been sold a reactivation code, for another installation and to contact my supplier. Fortunately Microsoft have activated my software. I'm still waiting for a response to my email to software-codes.

Update
I have heard from Carl, who assures me that the code is good as it works. Who do I believe? Carl or Microsoft? All I can say is that I have been installing Windows based software since it's first introduction and not had issues like this. I have looked at other reviews and notice that others have had the same problems. The bottom line is Microsoft and the PC error messages say the code has already been used on another installation - make your own mind up.

Had issues to start with but was helped to set it up.

Software link arrived promptly and loading the software was quick and simple.Would use software codes again
