Worst company ever! DO NOT OURCHASE FROM THEM THEY ARE A SCAM! No 100 day money back guarantee as they don’t respond to emails!!
The product is fake and not as described. They just have sponge inside and no memory foam I can just purchase this from a corner shop and shove it inside myself.

I need to return it , sent several emails to support center but no answer. I don't know what to do?

I had bought this for my wife but she did not find it comfortable at all so I want to return it. Wrote three emails but NO RESPONSE. This is a SCAM. They just want your money, whether you like the product or not. It is so sad that they are using religion to get your money. Do NOT buy this.

I really regret buying this softsujud prayer mat. The product didn't help me at all.. I wasted $70 and the worst part is that that I have been emailing them for a return but no response at all.. horrible customer service. They do not reply back nor do they respond. Please don't buy from them!!!!

Product is from china not UK based as stated on website.
Since it says UK based, you would think it would come quick come but no way, took soooo long and not even a quality product. Website just looks the part.

The biggest scam and I will report this company. Don’t buy this a warning to everyone don’t buy from this company. My sister is a victim of this scammers and I won’t rest until I take serious action to call yourself a Muslim and scam old people is disgusting.

I ordered from this company the mat after few minutes I requested to cancel the order sent them zillion of emails to customer service & CEO his name is is Adel they ignored me completely unprofessional company & they just sent yesterday if I want to add anything to my order & they ignored completely my request what kind of a company is this.

Very disappointed with this so called muslim company. Bought the sujud with high hopes. First of all delivery was very delayed, but they did write a very nice email that it would be, and I didn’t mind that too much and it was ok. But their website says 100 day money back guarantee. The prayer mat did not make any difference to my aunty’s knee pain. So when I sent them 2 emails asking for return and refund, there is no reply from them at all. Complete silence. Waste of my money.

I’m really disappointed with my experience ordering from SoftSujud.

I placed an order in February for 6 prayer mats, specifically to give as gifts for Eid. While I understand there can be delays during Ramadan/Eid, the main issue has been the lack of communication and incomplete delivery.

Only 4 mats arrived on 24.03.26 and 2 (cream ones, which is more of a yellowish colour) are still missing. The tracking with Yodel has been unclear with no delivery date, and despite emailing SoftSujud's customer support multiple times, I’ve had no response after the initial message.

Because of this, I wasn’t able to give the gifts on Eid as planned, which was really upsetting.

I hope the company improves its customer service and communication, especially during busy periods. At the moment, I’m still waiting for either the missing items or an update.

My order never arrived and they don’t respond via their support channel. Do not purchase from this company they are a scam.

I got this for my mum who used to pray on a chair because of knee issues. She loves it and uses it daily. Very grateful for this company, alhamdoulilah. It arrived very fast too.
