Really terrific service from Donna in the Metrocentre Sofology. Not pushy, just very very helpful. The showroom is nicely set out and there is a good range of sofas at different price levels. We found the perfect one for us and we look forward to receiving it in 7 weeks time.

Great experience all around! As first time buyers, we initially went into the store not really knowing where to start. We loved two sofas, and Lee was incredibly helpful, offering us some great advice and explaining the delivery timescales clearly.

We came back the following week and decided on the Cove sofa, and Jane was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and nothing was too much hassle. She made the whole ordering process completely seamless and enjoyable.

My experience was very good,from entering the showroom I was greated by a lovely gentleman called earl,he explained a few things about the showroom then stood back and let me take a good look around,which I really appreciated,once I had a good look around I approached earl again,he was very helpful with my purchase and he went above and beyond to get me the best deal on the suite I chose I would and have recommended him family friends and work colleagues
