Delivery charge was added after being told it would be free if I purchased the sofa in the shop.
So after the purchase of over four thousand pounds in the shop- delivery charges were still added!

Our delivery charge is a standard service fee rather than being linked to the value of the order. It covers the full home delivery service provided by our specialist two-person team, including transport, careful handling, room of choice placement and removal of all packaging. Keeping this as a fixed charge allows us to keep our sofa prices consistent and transparent for all customers, regardless of how much they spend. We do appreciate you taking the time to share your comments!

Excellent service
Phil was excellent, we came down last weekend to look at sofa’s and ended up going for a completely different sofa than we originally planned. Talked through with us in detail, had so much patience and really good with the kids giving them colouring sheets etc to keep them entertained.
Lovely in the shop overall, such a good range of sofa’s. Answered every question I had (a lot) nothing was to much trouble for him. Thank you so much!!

Wonderful experience
Wonderful experience, I didn’t catch the ladys name a blond polish young lady. Super helpful, friendly and all round superb customer services. Very positive shopping experience.

The only sofa shop where we weren’t pressured or followed by sales people
It was very refreshing to be welcomed by Jake, given general information about options etc and then be left alone to look around without being followed or pressured by sales people. When we found a sofa we were interested in , Jake guided us through the purchase . Would definitely recommend Sofology and thank you Jake

Fabulous service, seamless!
Great experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I left! Dealt with Leigh who was a joy from the very first moment -really helpful, friendly, professional, really knew his stuff and the whole process of ordering was seamless. Fabulous range of sofas - I had previously browsed online so walked in pretty much knowing which one I liked best. Highly recommend.
