Excellent store, well designed and spotlessly clean. Very welcoming staff. Nothing too much trouble. Our sales person was Phil who was fantastic. Kind, helpful and knew his job inside out. I would give him 5 stars!!!!

Leigh was very helpful. Very efficient and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for him when I asked him to show the different styles of mattresses. I can't wait for my lovely new sofa bed to arrive.

We were advised by Leigh Mitchell. He is very helpful and nothing seems to be too much trouble. He quickly understood our requirements but then suggested we wander the store until we found suitable furniture. Once we had made our decision to choose "Ripley" he explained everything clearly regarding delivery and delivery times

We felt really comfortable walking around the showroom. The showroom looked stunning. Staff were lovely. We chose our final sofa with Leigh who was amazing. He really listened to all our requirements and helped us find the best sofa to suit our home layout. I would definitely recommend this showroom to my friends and family.

Great experience and value for money purchase.Few days ago I visited Sofology Cardiff as I checked online before my visit for some “sales”.
Arrived there and the member of staff who assisted me was Anto F.
She was helpful and listened my needs for colours ,materials ,measurements, budget and use of the furnitures.
We discussed a few options as I don’t want to get confused and take a wrong decision. Next day,I returned back in the store,picked up the one I fall in love and complete my purchase.
The whole team was very friendly and approachable, warm welcome from all Jake,Eva and Anto.

Went to sofology in Cardiff today looking for a new suite for the living room and walked out less than an hour later completely satisfied with our purchase of a 3 seater sofa, a 2 seater sofa and a large footstool. Dealt with a lovely lad called Jake who was not only totally professional and attentive but managed to answer all our questions with patience and good humour. Thank you Jake and Ava for her IT skills. Plenty of choice in styles and colours and it really felt like time well spent. Would highly recommend.
