As a great facilitator, she is able to get in and out of the talks when needed, stimulating the interaction within the team. Guys, no matter how much I love subject I usually fall asleep on indoors workshops - Sofia kept me engaged and entertained 😃 I felt like I am growing every minute I spent at her workshop.
