I ordered 2 items. It's been nearly a month and still nothing. I was told one of the items cannot be made due to not having the material but no solution was offered. I was told to wait longer whilst they try to get the material. I asked for a refund of this item which I was told has been done but nothing showing in my account and it's been 7 working days. I will now have to try and claw the money back via my bank. The other item is due to arrive 8th April. Lets see!!!! All in all, wish I hadn't bothered. Not been a pleasant experience.

I am absolutely happy with my new frottee overall. I ordered it a bit too big, since I was afraid it won´t fit, but after washing and tumble dryer it shrinked a tiny bit and I won´t change it. Very cosy, thick quality and super warm.
I use it after ice bathing and also at home.
Since I got a confirmation from my order, but never a receipt that it was sent I wrote them and got immediately an answer. Very good service and friendly people at Sofakillers. I can only recommend.

It took a while for my order to arrive, there where some troubles with the supply as I understand it but they were always quick and very cordial to respond to my emails and everything worked out in the end! Very happy to chill around the house in the cosiest onesie ever.

Ordered 2 onesies for Xmas gifts. Delivery was quite slow but efficient communication and they did arrive in time eventually. Lovely quality items but not quite what was wanted. Returns process was straightforward and refund was prompt.

Ordered 2 custom jumpsuits for my kids. Customer service was super responsive and very helpful, recommending sizes that worked perfectly. The colors I requested were slightly off, but close enough that I made it work. I added a NFL team logo patch and my kids are obsessed. I’ll definitely order these again once they outgrow them.

Wonderful onesies and store owner who answered even on Sunday and the advice was so good. Delivery took only 2 days. Very high quality products and unique designs. I have never got so many compliments for my look than wearing Sofa killer onesies. These make also wonderful gift. I highly suggest this store!

I've been looking for an adult onesie and these are so stylish and comfy. My order took 3 weeks to arrive (the website said just a few business days) and the tracking number I received via email didn't work: package unfound. I was never able to check my order delivery and I got really worried this was a rip off. However customer service answered (on Facebook messenger and email) and I even got them on the phone. They eventually sent me a link to track the shipping of my order. The link was to a website that had nothing to do with the shipping company, but it did show the tracking number and my address as destination... It seemed kind of weird and I was still skeptical.
To my relief my order eventually arrived. The two onesies were each packed in plastic bags, and put in a thicker plastic bag, tightly taped around. Inside there was a thank you card with Sofa killer contacts and info.
The onesies are great, soft fabric on the inside, very stylish, the right size.
To sum up my review : the product is great, I very happy with it but the company needs to work on customer trust (giving accurate information on shipping delays, a tracking number that works through the shipping company's website, etc...).

My experience using SofaKiller has been appalling. I ordered two onesies for my husband and I, and they were very helpful at advising on the sizes, but unfortunately they then sent the wrong size for me in error. We had been really looking forward to having the onesies for Christmas and New Year but they took three and a half weeks to arrive!! For mine to then be in the wrong size was a massive disappointment. I contacted the company and their solution was for me to send it back to Lithuania with a note inside to say what had happened. Considering this was not my mistake, and postage to Lithuania is not going to be cheap (as well as the hassle of arranging that) I said I was not happy with their response. I have since heard nothing back in almost a week. So here I am stuck with a onesie - that was very expensive - that I can't wear. The moment has passed for me to be excited about having it, so all in all I wish I'd never bothered.
