Went to the Sofa Clearance Outlet after being highly recommended to go and found a superb L shaped sofa and matching armchair for the fraction of the price elsewhere. The sofa was brand new to look at and sit on. I couldn’t believe the value and the speed and effectiveness of the staff. It was that much of a saving and service I recommended them to my parents, who managed to secure a leather 3 seater and two matching armchairs. Personally I will never go elsewhere and recommend it to everyone I speak to that is in the market. You’re able to reserve sofas and get them ordered and delivered in rapid fashion. Can’t speak highly enough of the value and quality of service.

I have to sing this companies praises. I had been eyeing up my sofa on the Sofology website for months, but didn't really have the funds to purchase brand new. WELL you can imagine my excitement when I found the exact one for a fraction of the cost on the Sofa Clearance Outlet website. The details on the sofa stated that it was a cancelled order from a Sofology customer, the only issue was a small scuff on the back of the sofa, which you can't see as the sofa is against a wall, and to be honest wasn't a big deal for us. I was in love. The sofa was cleaned and wrapped, so well wrapped in fact that even the fantastic delivery team struggled to unwrap it, but once they got inside the packaging and put my sofa together and in its intended place I was in love! I still am. So much so that when I discovered the matching bench footstool on their website a couple of months later I had to have it. The service I received was brilliant from start to finish. I would definitely return, but for now I am enjoying my beautiful sofa and footstool. Special shout out to Michelle, Khalid and the amazing Sofa Delivery Company deliveres team. Thanks Guys

I am absolutely furious with this company after taking £1700 for a corner sofa and not delivering to the right address when the address was on the paper work.I have been left with no sofa as we had to take ours out we have 1 chair for a family of 4. The so called company have been telling us all day we will try and sort it they haven’t we have paid £49 for delivery it’s not good enough we will get back to you they said this is the second day of getting back to us.I found this company on Facebook and thought they were a good company !!!?

Really impressed! I found these guys online after needing a decent but cheap sofa. I was a bit dubious because they didn’t have a showroom but I have been really impressed!

I called mid-week, following my order on the Sunday, for an approximate update. The full step-by-step of my sofa’s journey was shared. We’d expected 2-3 weeks for delivery and these guys over delivered with a one week delivery!

The communication was super and the updates were great too. I would definitely recommend and would buy again!

Ordered a corner sofa after being told it was held in a local depot and would be with me within 7 days. This wasn’t true and we waited three weeks for the sofa. After waiting all day for delivery, two men arrived in the large sofa truck. They asked if we’d seen the sofa and we explained it was bought on eBay but we were assured any imperfections were detailed in the listing (we were happy as the sofa looked perfect online, no damage and no defects) the men then said “it’s covered in damage!”
Sure enough it was! The damage went through to the wooden frame and was totally unusable and will probably end up in landfill. 😫 We rang the company whilst the delivery men were at the property with the sofa in the middle of the road, they simply said refuse delivery and once it’s back we’ll refund you. No apology, no offer of help….seems this happens a lot!! Now we’ve got no sofa as we originally got told 7 days for delivery. They ignored my eBay message and I didn’t get an apology. Considering the delivery drivers told us this company is sofolofy and they are the offcasts from Sofology this is terrible service and customer support. No offer of any goodwill gesture for the messing about! Awful.

BEAUTIFUL sofa, great price, and helpful staff!

After placing an order with LiveLusso (which turned out to be a scam) I ordered the cricket corner sofa in bottle green from the Sofa Clearance Outlet. I asked about 100 questions as I was anxious about making another order online, and was pleasantly surprised by the speed and detail of the responses. Feeling reassured I went ahead and ordered and received the sofa 3 weeks later.
