After a local search for new furniture, we saw a specific Parker Knoll sofa and chair on line in a colour we were looking for.
During a phone call with Chris who was amazing, super helpful, he measured seat height and confirmed the colour for us (who knew truffle was grey?) He took off the website as he knew we were travelling to view.
After some debate wether to buy sight unseen or drive to the outlet, quite a distance (we live in North Yorkshire), we took a day trip.
There were many quality pieces on sale at great prices.
Full Parker Knoll guarantee package, delivered within a couple of weeks.
Chris was friendly, knowledgeable and didn't pressure us.
We bought the pieces and await delivery!

Nottingham Store.... Chris. We knew exactly what we wanted, and had seen our PK Oakham sofa online. We're in East Devon, so logistically, it wasnt possible to view. Phoned Chris, and discussed the purchase, who was so friendly and helpful from the start. Order made, sofa wrapped (brilliantly) and sent. On arrival, the sofa was IMMACULATE, and just as fabulous as we would hope, and more than half the price!!! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND, the best of service, and price.

I would say to anyone that the customer service for the "Chippenham Store" factory outlet was outstanding. James went above and beyond to help me over the phone. He took pictures and sent me them. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Thank you for your help and I will miss speaking to you over the phone for the last week concerning sofas! You are a credit to the company.

I have now bought sofas from the Nottingham and Chippenham stores and have been delighted with the whole process. To be able to see and sit on the sofa before purchase and have it delivered so quickly is a bonus and the prices are great. Great service and very happy to recommend.

Purchased a 2 seater Parker Knoll sofa from Nottingham branch.
Chris was so helpful and friendly and made the purchase, which was done by phone , very easy. The sofa is as described, and in fact the photos do not fully do the colours in the fabric justice. I am delighted with the sofa !
The delivery team were also excellent, kept me informed and took care with the unpacking.
I would highly recommend the company .

We visited the Chippenham store January 2025 and ordered Gplan cream 2 seater sofa, arm chair and foot stool. Service was exceptional. We asked for our delivery to Worcestershire to be deferred until mid February. The guys who delivered furniture was very attentive, every item was carefully wrapped with care. Highly recommend

Where do I start? One Friday morning I called in to the Chippenham branch where I was welcomed by a lovely gentleman called Ross. He was so helpful, polite and courteous with my requests for testing out the sofas and chairs. Then along came Craig and he was equally as nice. After some deliberation, my choice of Duresta sofas was made. Delivery was quick and efficient by Phil and Jason. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy before they left. Any telephone conversation thereafter was with Antonio who was so friendly and helpful. Overall I’m so happy with the service by the whole team and I am one very happy, lucky girl!

Ordered a sofa and chair over 2 weeks ago and still waiting for delivery, been lied to by the manager of the Chippenham Store and sworn at by the courier who clearly had the wrong contact details as they were trying to deliver to someone else. Was told I should here from the courier either Thursday or Friday last week, then it was going to be either Wednesday, Thursday or Friday this week. Still waiting. Really poor service so far. To make matters worse, having been told our delivery was coming last week, we got rid of our old sofa so having to sit on dining room chairs.
