Wife rely likes the mattress which has given her a much needed night sleep. Although this mattress is firm, she feels much supported throughout the night.

Brilliant delivery team. We are on the 3rd floor of a tenament building with no lift and the guys, cheerfully, carried it up, put it all together, gave a detailed demonstration of how to make it into a bed and back to sofa again, gave us a free fitted sheet and took all the packaging away with them. Great work. Haven't used the sofa as a bed yet but it seems solid, reliable and comfortable as a sofa so I'm optimistic.

We wanted the versatility of a sofa bed when we have visitors.
The sofa and chair are really comfortable and supportive, and so easy to convert to a bed, and with ample storage for duvet and pillows, it only takes a few minutes to have the bed set up.
Came with free fitted bottom sheets and a free foot stool which was very welcome.
Would have given 5* apart from the fact that after delivery, we discovered a foot missing from the sofa, and had to put a book underneath to avoid any damage, felt this should have been checked at the end of manufacture, but it was obviously missed, also the free foot stool wasn’t delivered. However both these issues have now been resolved and we are very happy with the sofa and have already recommended to family.

Exceptional service.

The whole process was seamless and I was very happy with the service. I ordered the sofa in April from their showroom so I could see and feel it, but didn’t need it til September. They reassured me the whole time that my sofa was being made and would be delivered on time. Sure enough the sofa arrived the day i moved to my new place and the service was amazing. They were so friendly and were not phased at all by the narrow street or steps to get my sofa into my place. They unpacked and took away all the packaging and showed us how to turn it into a bed. As for the sofa. We love it. It’s high quality, beautiful fabric and colour and very comfy.

Buying from a team that knows the products inside out and provides expert advice is a fantastic experience these days. We made contact via the internet but also visited the shop 'in person', which was helpful. There were no problems with subsequent communications - I rang two or three times and always got straight through, or left a message and was contacted shortly afterwards. Delivery was on time, courteous and painless, and the sofa bed looks just great. We bought the wooden arm covers (which we hadn't seen anywhere else) and are pleased with them, too. The process for ordering is simple and straight forward. Delivery time frame was spot on. Comms from the delivery driver were excellent, even calling to ask if it was OK if they delivered earlier than expected. The actual delivery and installation was smooth and quick.
The quality of the sofa bed is exactly as described. The seating and "mattress"area are firm and comfortable. The operation to transform from sofa to bed and back is so easy and quick, and only requires one person. Great quality and exactly what I wanted.
