We have had a great experience with the team so far.

We have worked with social nucleus for around 8 months.

I have worked with a few agencies before and the first big difference was the focus on creative. The team have made a massive difference in our ads account with a mixture of our creatives and creatives provided by social nucleus.

It was brilliant to have an agency who do focus so much on creative and with that have helped us internally also give creative a stronger focus. This massively benefited us during Q4 where we saw a massive jump in sales specifically from BFCM.

The team handle our ads and our CRM & having a capable agency which can manage both has been extremely helpful in aligning campaigns.

The team is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

Cost is reasonable.

I hate being in Ads Manager and messing around with creatives. That’s just not where I add value. SN came in, took it all off my plate, and performance has only improved since.

Genuinely the first time I haven’t felt stressed about our ad account. Everything just runs smoothly now — creatives are delivered on time, performance’s solid, and I’m not waking up checking ROAS first thing. It’s been a huge weight off.

I would be very wary of trusting anything this company says. They initially cost us a significant amount of money messing with ads they didn't have authority to alter. They then promised to make up for this they by switching our websites from Woocommerce to Shopify to help improve conversions. They pulled 5 websites into one and the Shopify system is simply not able to redirect from more than one site to one site, so their strategy lost us almost all of our 19 year established traffic for several months. We made a claim which they said they supported on their indemnity insurance, only to finally establish they had simply been bluffing us off for six months and now have to go through costly legal process to try and reclaim the £80k lost revenue their mishandling cost us. We are now being passed around between their own and their insurers solicitors while they hope we just disappear.

We have used several agencies along our ecom journey. Social Nucleus are quite simply a level above any we have worked with, their knowledge and ability to be nimble with changes that need doing daily are second to none. The other things we have been really impressed with is their ability to create content for us. Would highly recommend SN.

After hopping between a few different marketing companies Social Nucleus were recommended to us and 3 months in we can definitely see why. Great communication from Sean propped up by results that have exceeded our expectation. Great work and thank you!

Working with Social Nucleus has been a huge upgrade over our last media buyer. Their attentiveness to trends, budget and adapting our Brand has led to much more growth than the last company we worked with. Will was great in communication up front and that allowed us to make a clean switch over to Social Nucleus without headache. Jack has been our account manager since and has been available when needed, even with the 8 hour time difference.

Social nucleus are the Facebook ads agency I wish I had found two years ago. Performance has been fantastic right from the start, way better than I was able to achieve on my own. The staff are brilliant, extremely knowledgeable, and there is so much benefit from having their broad knowledge of what’s going on in loads of different industries. I had a terrible experience with an agency a couple of years ago which put me off hiring one again for a long time. But social nucleus have hugely exceeded my expectations.
They have more than tripled sales between July and December compared to the same period the previous year and have done so with a decent profit margin.
Value for money is also amazing, for a basic fee they will run ads on FB, google, TikTok, whatever works best for your business.
They will also design/creat ads and help build landing pages.
If your ads aren’t working with social nucleus, then you can be sure the problem is the offer, not the ads strategy, which is a huge step forward for a lot of businesses because then you can start making changes that will make a real difference.
I highly recommend them.
