tried last week to get replacement vanity unit ,but they said it was water damaged,in a bathroom ,with handbasin on top!!,not fit for purpose,the equality of gloss really poor and too thin,ok if not put in bathroom lol, tried to contact again but everything down,after reading in google looks like they needed a buyer and have gone bust

Can anyone confirm if soak has gone out of business, we are owed 2k

I ordered 2 mirrors in the sale which arrived as stated on the order when I placed it. Prompt delivery and well packaged too. For the price the LED mirror looks fantastic. I’ve not had the builders put this up yet as we are waiting in a sink and vanity to be installed first to determine sizing and placing. The other standard mirror for what I paid looks so much more expensive and the finish is absolutely beautiful. Overall a speedy service from start to finish, ordering online straight forward too. Definitely will use again.

Bought a few bathroom items from Soak. Very pleased with the quality of their products and the prompt delivery.

We ordered two close coupled toilets and they arrived on time the delivery guys called just before they were there to let us know and put them in the hallway, Great service , we will use them again .I have recommended them to quite a few of my customers.

Got the vanity unit with a sink from Soak. Sink had a thin crack, our builders noticed it already after 14 days. I called the customer service , the lady was super helpful and understanding. I've sent them pictures, it was on Saturday and on Tuesday we already had our new sink delivered. Overall great experience. Thank you!

Excellent communication regarding delivery, by email and then 3 phone calls to confirm time of delivery and apologising that it would be a little late. Item seems fine, it is our second purchase and very pleased with the quality, appearance and price.

Ordered a towel rail for my bathroom, and it arrived with scratches on the front (very evident being a grey radiator). I emailed these photographs to soak.com and they said they would give a 20% discount as it is still 'structurally sound'. So if you go to buy a new Porsche and they say "it's got scratches down the side, but still has an engine" would you buy it? They eventually upped to 40% discount with nagging but ultimately should have been replaced as per their website but since they had no stock, basically told me to lump it. Even though it was partially resolved (and I wish I would have just sent it back as now that it is installed I regret it) their customer service isn't as good as I've had with Victoria Plum when I've had issues, so won't be using Soak.com again.

I love the bathroom furniture, but wish they did matching sink units.

Bought a few things from Soak and always been pleased with everything until a mirror we recently bought started giving trouble with the on/off switch to it's light. The mirror was replaced immediately with absolutely no hesitation! The new mirror is now installed and working perfectly. Out of all the businesses we have dealt with during our refurb of our Bungalow, Soak stands out as a perfect demonstration of customer service.

Every item I ordered arrived well packed and on the day I requested. Excellent delivery men who rang 10 minutes ahead to confirm delivery not everyone does that. Great value for money would recommend everyone to view their website as it's well presented also mentioning what is termed as "add on's" as I myself tend to forget the extra things you need like push up plug brilliant service all round.
