15% discount subscribe
Hi,
I’d like to raise a concern regarding your 15% subscription discount advertised on the main page.
I spent several days comparing different grills and offers before finally deciding to purchase from your store. The 15% discount for subscribing was an important factor in my decision.
However, the issue is that at no point during the subscription process is there any clear information stating that the 15% discount does not apply to certain products. The messaging suggests that the discount is valid for new customers and for the first order, which applies to me—I am a new customer and this would be my first purchase.
Only later does it turn out that the discount cannot be used on the product I intended to buy. This is misleading and results in a waste of customers’ time.
I believe this lack of transparency should be addressed, as it creates confusion and false expectations.
