Prompt delivery, with a letter which read "I am delighted to enclose your FREE tube of Opti:5 joint massage gel which you requested via the special reader offer........"
In the package however is an invoice for £12.90, £8.29 for goods. £2.46 Net Carriage And £2.15 total VAT.
Where is the FREE tube of Opti:5?

Very poor service
I am asked to complete an opinion report on a product which has not yet been delivered. I have e mailed asking where it is and have not even had the courtesy of a reply. Will not trust or use them again.
