There was a delay in the order being delivered, not due to snoozel green, but they kept us will up to date.

Plus they refunded fully when we wanted to return some pillows.

We love the mattress and topper, it's giving us the best night's sleep for years!

Delivery was prompt and the 2 guys were efficient and professional.
Mattress is amazing! And doesn’t smell nasty like some of the traditional mattresses. I love it!

Ordered three pillows. The whole process of ordering was smooth and easy. The pillows are ideal for my children in that they are the right thickness and firmness. I love that they are natural and without chemicals too.

We bought a King Size Snoozel Green mattress and a contour pillow. Initially there was a strong smell of latex but after a few nights that disappeared. The mattress is extremely comfortable, the pillow is great too and I am finding myself going into a real deep REM sleep every night now which is great. I sleep hot and find it keeps me cool. No complaints!

Well what can i say about this mattress well i spent the last 10 years with a sleep problem I am now 71 years old and my problem was sweating heavily at night, that I would wet my sheet's though and would have to get up 2 to 3 times a night to change my bedding and pillows around to find a dry bit and dry myself off with a towel so then I bought an new mattress about 3/4 months ago a sprung mattress with a memory foam cost £650 marked down from £950 and changed my old foam mattress to see if it was that causing me to sweat but it all started again also it started giving me back ace and so I decided to change it for a firmer mattress.
I came across Snoozel Green that advertised
natural fibres sprung mattress no Foam what so ever so I got myself one and my first night I didn't sweat its now 6 nights and i woke up with dry sheets every morning which means all this time it been the bloody foam in the mattresses all this time and I through it was me going through the change in life i will never ever buy a mattress again with foam in it so if your sweating at night when you sleep 99% chance your sleeping on foam so do yourself a favour and chuck it out and get a natural fibre sprung mattress also on my first night sleep on this mattress I woke up in the morning with no back pain its completely gone.
Just think how many old people out there sleeping on a foam mattress sweating and thinking there going through the change.

The product itself is good but the customer service is terrible. You send emails which are not responded too. It’s a great shame as we are really pleased with our mattress and topper. I wanted to order a pillow a year on from our first order as well as a topper for our sofa bed. Was shocked at the £30 delivery charge for a single pillow so I emailed to ask if they would consider a bundle discount for a pillow and topper but have had no reply. I have however received two automated emails asking me if I want to buy the things I’ve left in my cart. I feel this company needs to work on its email communication or even offer a phone number. Surely they want customers to come back. Although we are really pleased with our mattress I struggle to recommend Snoozelgreen to friends due to the poor customer service.

Great company and most importantly a great mattress which has already made a difference to my aches and pains. Delivery was fine.

Easy to order on line, l wanted biodegradable , non toxic materials and the mattress topper was perfect. It was a rejuvenated one and in perfect condition. It's really good value and has transformed our very firm mattress to a very comfy bed. It arrived on time with good communication. My only negative was that the biogradeable packaging was wrapped in (non biodegradable - l think) cling film. Very pleased customer.

We bought a king size mattress for our new bed and a double topper for our guest bed and we love them both. The topper has made a big difference in comfort to the foam mattress on our guest bed and the king size organic mattress is wonderfully supportive.

I have a very tempermental back and if a mattress doesn't provide good support my back suffers terribly. I have not long returned from a luxury spa hotel and had to follow the 4-night stay with a series of chiropractic treatments due to backache; I can say that this mattress is incomparable to a luxury hotel and my back is very happy with it. I also have a medical condition that makes me sensitive to toxic chemical smells, hence why we looked for an organic natural mattress. I'm very pleased with the 'naturalness' of the mattress.

The only critisisim I have is for the delivery company. The poor experience starts with a lengthy email from the delivery company that talks of the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the unusual set of circumstances we're all facing and that social distancing must be observed etc. (this was July 2023)! We hadn't been given an option for the mattress to be delivered to a room of our choice so it sat in the downstairs hallway for some time until I could enlist more help to move it upstairs.

All the stars are for the products and company, none for the delivery company.

We are very happy with the mattress. Finding a clean, nontoxic, good quality mattress that is also affordable was very important to us. We discovered Snoozelgreen and their mattresses tick all of our boxes. We ordered the king size mattress and have never slept better. Imagine the feeling of sleeping in a luxe hotel bed every night at home! That’s how we feel. It’s sturdy and supportive as well as lush and so comfortable. We recommend this mattress company to everyone we know.

I'm really happy with the mattresses that I bought (2 of them). They are comfortable and feel well made and my two sons are enjoying sleeping on them. No complaints from us. In fact, at some point I'm going to get another one for myself. I'd recommend this company and their products for sure

I have waited to write this review until I felt I could have time to experience the mattress, this statement will make more sense further into the review. We have had the mattress now since the 26th June and am pleasantly surprised how relatively quickly I have adjusted to the mattress, very comfortable, something I have been unable to achieve with other mattresses. However I feel I must inform you of my wife’s experience with the delivery company. Two young men brought the mattress to the front door where they removed the box and mishandled it resulting in the mattress collapsing onto one of the rose bushes. My wife exclaimed that this was not very good but the men ignored her and dragged the mattress into the hallway. My wife then had to remind them that we had paid for it to be taken upstairs to the bedroom. They replied that she was lucky they were willing to as other drivers would not have done it. Having first enquired how much the mattress had cost they then remarked that nice customers usually tipped them. The hints to tip them then continued whilst they removed the remaining packaging, making my wife feel somewhat uncomfortable and intimidated by their behaviour. Once they had left the house they continued to wait on the driveway outside their van minutes longer than they needed to. My wife did tip them and they left. Please understand we normally tip the delivery men as we really appreciate what they do however on this occasion the experience was not pleasant. I do feel that your otherwise excellent company is being let down by your choice of delivery company. What a shame.

I had to wait a while for an incoming shipment but everything went well once the mattress was available. The delivery men were very helpful and the mattress was beautifully wrapped.
After the first month I am finding the mattress extremely comfortable and I sleep well. All-in-all, I am pleased that I chose a Snoozel Green mattress.

We are very happy with our king size mattress and topper. Arrived very well packed, we have been using the mattress for 3 weeks now 👍

quick delivery and great mattress! It does smell but after 2 weeks this disappears.

The ordering process was fast and easy, the communication around delivery was clear, the mattress came right on time, and of course most importantly, it is incredibly comfortable and very well made. I’m impressed.
