Don't bother they don't tell the truth on the whole how quick it is quick to get test kit but not so quick on receiving the results I would waste your money other uk company's that do same thing and are quick like they appetise

Avoid this company and don’t waste your money. Sent a sample over two weeks ago and still not delivered. This website falsely advertises quick results but that is far from the truth. Do not use this provider.

Results predicted a boy and my 16-week ultrasound confirmed we are having a boy. I washed my hands and ensured no cross contamination as per instructions.

I cannot thank this company enough for their service. I am in the UK and people should be aware that it is slightly longer waiting time for the UK as the sample gets sent to California. However I waited 7 days in total which in the grand scheme of things really is not a long time to wait for results at all. The company communicated all the way through and was very clear with instructions. The announcement is so lovely too I received my results this morning which was on a video which I was able to share with my family. I am expecting a little girl and I'm so happy with SneakPeek for providing this information to me. Thank you so much 🩷

SAVE YOUR MONEY! I am now 2 weeks in waiting for results. I tracked my own sample with FedEx and it arrived at the lab 4 days ago, but SneakPeek are telling me it is still with customs in Memphis. All excitement has now gone and I’ve requested a full refund. Dreadful company to try and communicate with also. Pay the extra/same price for a gender scan in the UK at 14 weeks.

Wow, this is an absolutely awful company! Please go and get a proper test done not this superstitious bs, I doubt they even test samples, probably just decide a random answer each time, even a broken clock is right twice a day!

I ordered my test on a Thursday with the guarantee it would be with me on Friday… so naturally Monday afternoon it arrives🤦🏻‍♀️ they give 3 lancets and there’s no way your gonna get enough blood out with those so thankfully I had some spare. I had to prick ALL 10 fingers to fill the container, it doesn’t hurt when you do it but trust be they are gonna be stinging and cramping up later. I do everything PERFECTLY and send it off on Monday and thankfully I get an email at 6pm on Friday saying it’s arrived (I was lucky normally it doesn’t get there that fast) so naturally I stay up waiting for results as from reading reviews results are normally with you around 3am latest (unless your unlucky). So me and my husband sit there for hours talking refreshing my emails (bare in mind we have two toddlers which we are gonna be exhausted for the next day but our intimate gender reveal is going to be so worth it! At 2am I get an email saying… inconclusive results!!! Waste of time. I basically stay up all night crying because I have been looking forward to this night for ages, my husband has to go away a lot and it was his only night off for weeks. Gender reveal ruined! I spend the rest of the night/day as a zombie on the sofa, so upset and emailing customer service back and forth whom are RUDE AS FK!!!! Offered a new test but since I didn’t do anything wrong the first time if clearly was an issue on their side that meant the results was inconclusive and since I hate blood there’s no point doing that again. I have a lot of boys in the house and I’ve been told that if a boy goes within a mile radius your getting a boy result no matter what. Honestly worst experience ever and I’m lowkey traumatized. Not to mention if was our gender reveal the next day which was obviously cancelled 🫠 I HATE this company

Chased for a fortnight for results then get an email asking for the same details entered initially. Then the test come back inconclusive and within an hour. Don’t waste your money. Con artists! When a nurse carries out the testing on you at 12 weeks pregnant very unsure how this could be the case

I was so worried when I saw these bad reviews but my results were accurate at 8 weeks. The kit arrived a few days after ordering. I made sure there was no cross contamination when carrying this out. Sent the test back to the lab and it was returned quickly and had the results within the expected time frame, I think it was around 1 week later. Results said it was a boy. This was then confirmed by all following scans and baby is now born and definitely a boy. Would use this again.

I used to love Sneak Peek. Our family used them successfully 3 times previously and I’ve recommended countless patients to them but I will never use them or recommend them again. As of 2025, they cannot even get their samples to the lab in time to avoid corruption. They claim their samples will get to the lab in 2-3 days but this last sample took 9 days and was then deemed “unreadable” due to heat damage in transit. They offered no apology or attempt to make things right, simply told me that I could pay even more to have things expedited this time if I wished. Krystal was incredibly rude during our entire customer service conversation. If you want to even attempt this test, you will have to shell out for the fast track option for even a chance of getting results. I personally would recommend you save your money rather than giving it to a company who does not value your business.

I done the test at 10 weeks a little bit unsure as I had read mixed reviews but I had a positive experience , my first sample came back inconclusive as my blood clotted in transit so I was sent another kit free of charge with super fast delivery , this then came back saying I was having a girl , I didn’t believe it as I have four boys and just presumed this would also be a boy but have since had two ultrasounds that have confirmed she is in fact a little girl 💕

I paid $159 for the fasttrak kit. I sent it out same day as collecting my sample - 10 days later. Nothing. I’ve contacted the business 5 + times and have received no message back over 6 business days. Horrible customer service. Wait for the NIPT.

I’ve read that they consider the sample viable for 30 days - this is not possible.

I activated and paid the lab fee same day I took the test. Got an email saying my lab fee wasn’t paid. It was taken out of my bank account and processed next day. Got an email saying my sample arrived at the lab but needed to pay my lab fee. So I pay another one as I only took this test to do a gender reveal with my also pregnant friend. Figured I’d deal with the refund later. That was Friday. Saturday rolls around my friend gets her results we wait till 2pm I got nothing so I tell her to open hers without me. I’ve emailed 4 times since Friday. It’s now Tuesday I haven’t gotten an email back, refund or my results. I’m absolutely furious with the wasted money for this test and the lack of communication. It shouldn’t take this long to get back to customers.

Would give 0 stars if I could! Gender was wrong and I made sure there was no cross contamination. Customer service is absolutely appalling in regards to refunds even tho they have a refund policy. Just a load of crap if I’m honest. Money grabbers!

Not accurate at 6 weeks but accurate at 9. Two different results received. I would say that most studies (proper peer reviewed ones!) find that sex determination is fully reliable from 7 weeks- I imagine lots of women will be able to get an answer at 6 weeks too but there will always be some with low fetal fractions etc which means less fetal DNA, which could mean a Y chromosome is missed. Vanishing twin could also cause the result to be wrong. Also its done off LMP but if your ovulation is late then you would be too early if you tried at 6 weeks. I would also advise clinical vein draw as there is much less opportunity to contaminate a sample. Try FGIH or alphabiolabs if in the UK - they take vein draws and are incredibly accurate :)

Never experienced worse customer service. It’s actually impossible to get a hold of anyone. Save your money for NIPT testing if you want to know the gender.

Don’t do it. First test, sample invalid. Had to wait to do a new one. Second test, came back it was a baby girl. I went weeks for thinking this, chose names, outfits etc. nope, went to my scan and it was a baby boy. I haven’t got my refund as I was focused on my baby. I just wanted to leave this review so others are aware.

Paid for sneak peek through a baby scanning company that does sneak peek on there behalf (£129) I was told 5-10 working days I would get my results 2 weeks later still no results the company who took my bloods have chased it up just to be ignored by sneak peek! Absolute disgrace of a company messing people about with something that means so much to people! Avoid this company at all costs they can not be trusted I don’t want other people to get excited to be let down the way I have I’m gutted!
