Ordered some replacement laces for a pair of Jordan 1 Chicago’s. unfortunately the laces was a bit too red for Chicago’s.

Order arrived next day. Apple Pay is a nice touch for easy ordering. Will order again to try some other items.

Best experience ordering items from this website. Amazing choice of products at a good price. Ordered leather paints without looking at the delivery timescales, assumed it was between 3-5 days and my package arrived the very next day to my surprise. The package also included a useful booklet which was a nice touch. I also noticed that the packaging was designed for recycling which is another browny point to a company that is environmentally conscious. Would definitely recommend this company!!!

Great Buying experience!!! Honestly had my concerns ordering from this company as a first time buyer, as I read 1 or 2 bad reviews on Trustpilot. However I emailed and Messaged them via Instagram and got a response a couple of hours later on both messages, with nothing but reassurance. Ordered an expensive item, and it arrived literally 2 days later which was 3 days earlier than expected and estimated delivery time. Order came with a Catalogue of all items they stock which came in really handy for future purchases. Excellent and friendly Customer Service, Great and professional looking website. A few of the negative comments put me off so I tried to email first to see if they'd reply, they did within the hour. Had a positive experience and my order arrived 2 days later.

They do also accept PayPal so you'd be covered by that too.

I ordered some products and a week later I have not had a confirmation email or received my order.my amount for my order was taken out the same day from my account.I paid £2.99 delivery for 1-3 working days delivery and no delivery. I have tried emailing them through their website 3 times with no response . I have tried contact through instagram and still no reply . I feel like this company are scamming customers as I am not the first this has happened to . Do not trust this site .

I have been using Sneakerscience for almost a year now and not once have I had a problem. Items are always well packaged and arrive within 48hours, cheap delivery charges but always speedy.

This is the first time I've bought leather paints online, as i live in the UK and just got into the idea of painting trainers. I bought 6 paint colours, a buffer, 2soft and the matte finisher & some laces from this website and they just arrived. They were bubble wrapped well to keep the product safe during delivery and i couldn't be happier with the service and cannot wait to use them. I even got a 10% off discount code for spending over £50 (although this didn't work at first, i sent them a message on instagram and they got back to me and solved the issue right away!).

It was difficult to find somewhere to buy what i need without ridiculous shipping fees from america and non-UK ".co.uk" websites that looked scam-my but I'm so glad i found SneakerScience, really impressed and it got to me quickly via royal mail - I ordered on Friday and it's Tuesday now.
