The products sold are not even close to the pictures or the descriptions and when attempting to contact their costumer service, their responses are non-existent or delayed (their phone number is an answering machine, you will never get a human being at the other end) and they take 2-3 days to respond emails. This is a third party that sales clothes from China and the clothes are a poor attempt to replicate what is shown in the pictures at their website. In my experience, they requested details on the discrepancies between what I received and the pictures/descriptions at their website, which I provided, and in response they offered that I keep the clothes and they will refund 20% of what I originally paid. In addition in their email response, they stated that receiving 20% of the refund and keeping the clothes was a better choice than me trying to ship again the clothes back to China. It is truly dealing directly with thieves that know that what they are doing is wrong. So no possibility of a legitimate return. This is in contrast to what they portray in their website: "100 % satisfaction". Please do not order from this company

I would give a "0" if it was available. The dress material was very cheap and the colors don't look anything close to the picture online. The dress is too small and I emailed them for a refund only to be offered an exchange for an additional $18.99, which I didn't want, then told to keep it and they'd give me $10 which I still didn't want and finally told me return it to an address in China! This is crazy. Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else.

I'm so angry with this company Snazzyin. I will be doing the same thing with my PayPal to get my money. I ordered two items. One was a large and the other one is a Medium. They sent the large and the other one was a small. I sent multiple emails, so they can give an address so I can send back. They took so long to get back until I had to threatened. They gave me $10 back and told me the keep the pants and give to a friend. I don't have any friends that can wear a small. They are a scam...do not order from this place. I want the Medium I ordered.

It takes so long to get your clothing. Also they are cheaply made and not true to size. Fabric is cheap. I should have checked with Trustpilot before ordering. What a scam company!! I will let my friends and family know, please do not order from them!!

Everything comes from China on Yenexpress- this is not as Canadian boutique as it tries to represent. It’s very misleading. The material is extremely cheap, and the colors of the dress do not match the picture- it also runs extremely big. I’m 5’1- between 118-120lbs- and I ordered the small, which doesn’t fit. It’s a waste of money- it’s very disappointing. There is nothing elegant or fashionable about this dress.

To be honest I had not had any issues with this company, everything I ordered was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. This last order was placed on April 25th, I received a confirmation email on 28th the merchandise was preparing for shipping. Then nothing, I have emailed and keep getting I will check with the shipping company and nothing, so now I am taking action. My last emailed I informed them if my order was not delivered to me by May 30th, to refund all my monies. My next step is to put a dispute in with Paypal. I know they are really in China and I am done with that, so that is why I do all online shopping paying with Paypal.

Horrible, low-quality, nothing like the items pictured. They will not give a full refund. They want you to send it to China vs their local warehouse. They are simply there to take your money

I am in awe as to why they have all Black women advertising their clothing? They are a company based in China. The ads and their website is misleading makes you believe the company is a legitimate Black owned company in the US.

This company is a trashy, Chinese, disrespectful, scam!! I have placed 2 orders with this dump. My fault for the second one. The first order should have taught me my lesson. That order, was for a pair of supposedly camo, denim wide leg pants.........NOT! The material is shiny, not denim anywhere & certainly no pockets. I made them work plus I get loads of compliments when I wear them. I should have just stopped there. Oh no! I got sucked in again. These last 2 orders, were placed 03/27 & 03/28. I finally received them on 04/22. It never dawned on me that this mess was from over seas. Anyway, they didn't fit, & the material was crap. So, I reached out to them the same day I received them asking for return labels to send the mess back. To this day, no labels, no response. I have chalked it up to a loss & I will never order from them again. Do Not Order From This Company, Ever!!!!

On April 29th, I have received my Oder placed April 16th, a cheap linen dress (see through) which didn’t fit. I have sent an email requesting the procedure to return the item. The answer was to send them a picture of the dress and its tag which I did. There was no tag on the dress, only 2 stickers on the plastic bag. Their answer was that they had to forward it to another department to analyze my request!! A dress of $64!!! Which analysis do they have to do? Obviously they don’t want that cheap dress back neither issue me a reimbursement!

The items aren't per the website. They will not respond to emails until you go through Paypal to protect their selling power there. They will not address the issue of the items they sell. Like the items are not according to the size chart or description. The items are cheap and look nothing like the items on the website. They will offer you low dollar amounts to keep the item or mail the item back to China. The shipping isn't worth it and they know it. Lesson learned no China buying. Beware know who/where you are buying from because they present themselves as American sellers only to find out it's from China when it's time to return the item.

I ordered 2 dresses from this company. When the dresses arrived it was nothing like it was advertised. The colors weren't as vibrant and nor were the dresses as long a portrait in the videos and the dresses were huge on me. I contacted them via email to return them. No apologies or what can we do to make it right or anything. They're response was a China address that would cost me more the the dresses are worth. I've started an open dispute through PayPal which was my original form of payment. The Post office said they do have a US base address that they could've given me to use to return the items. I will never ever purchase from this company again.

Zero stars. I was told I would receive my dress 7-10 days once my order was submitted. I ordered on April 9th and still have not received my item. The tracking number isn't helpful. I've even tried to track the package on the actual DHL website. I'm never ordering again. Wish I had looked here first.

This website is a scam. Photos online do not depict the low low quality of these items which I suspect are made in a sweatshop in China. I ordered from them thinking that Snazzy Vancouver was locally made in Canada but when the shipment details came from China I knew I had been tricked.

Snazz Vancouver is bogus, scam website. I wouldn’t even give them a zero. I give them a -10. I can’t believe I was scammed. I’m usually very very savvy but I ordered 2 dresses out of desperation for 2 upcoming events. I should’ve been paying more attention, but it was late at night and I was feeling down about a 20 pound weight gain and literally, nothing in my closet that fit me. The worst moment to order anything! I didn’t want to pay a lot of money so this is where they got me! 2 fake gorgeous dresses for only $164.00. Me thinking this was a deal since every other dress I looked at that fit my new body were $250-$300. I have to say, their website is a pretty good scam. I even looked at the street and googled the location in Vancouver and their storefront came up. Scam, Scam, Scam! DO NOT BUY from this “merchant” I will find them. I have already reported it to my credit card company and they will repay me as well as flag this FAKE website in China. What horrible people that do this. I wish nothing but bitterness and bad luck to evil people who operate this website. I wish you harm, the way you harm others.

DO NOT ORDER FROM Snazzyin website! Total scam! I wish I would have come here first. I spent over $600 on this site I thought it was a real site. It’s not! Some of my clothes i purchased didn’t even get here. AND to send the clothes that i did get, I would have to send it to China and $100 to ship back and I’m willing to do actually to get my refund but I doubt they will even give me my money back period. I was told through email that the clothes that i purchased that did not arrive and was out of stock, I would be getting a refund for. I have YET to receive my refund. This was a very hard lesson to learn. The clothes that actually made it to my home are cheap and not at all as described on their website. TOTAL SCAM! Don't order from this place i ordered to jump suits one arrived and the string was broken attached id the email I recieved from them. I revieve something damage and they are offering everything but a exchange for a new one they asked me to pay an additional 18.99 to keep it. Why would I want to keep something damaged i should of checked the reviews before i purchased anything dont waste your time or money. This was from them. You need to return the products to our Chinese factory please.

This company is a lie and dishonest. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. They state they reside in Vancouver BC even to the extent of having a photo of one of the main streets in Vancouver, BC.
They are a company based in China. I ordered a dress hoping it would be like the photo. It absolutely DOES NOT look like the photo. On top of it all they do not offer refunds.
It’s a scam, save your money, do not waste your money on their cheap and deceiving clothing.
