Very impressed
The customer service from "Snack Squad " has been second to none. No matter what time I have had questions Emily has answered. The opening of the surprise world snacks box had me excited and not just my kids, it was originally purchased for my 17yr olds Birthday....ideal present as he was curious about where each one came. My younger 9yr old was that impressed that he ordered a box for himself, he doesn't part with his own money easily so it must be Good. We also got a few bags of the jelly sweet bags...a jelly mix and a blue mix.The packaging is sleek and I love how it can be resealed.
Snack Squad has now become my go to for that tricky unknown age presents and something different. Highly recommend 👌

Not happy
A large box I ordered was a nice selection it was a bit meagre but throwing in 4 loose sweets seams a bit silly to me..I'm sorry to say it was more a medium sized box and in my mind was only worth £14 in total . The postage was ok . And I'm sorry to say I won't be buying any for my staff birthdays as this was a test buy .I do have photos if needed..

We are very sorry you were not satisfied with your box, this is not what we normally hear from our customers as our prices are lower than most.
Upon checking the contents of what went in your box, there are 14 main items, if bought separately from our website worth £31.96. This is not including the loose freebies on top.
As you bought a £24.99 mystery box, we do see this as a reasonable discount.
Please do contact us and we can confirm the items youve received as it definitely was not worth £14.
All items are rare worldwide snacks/drinks so are more expensive, however we pride ourselves on having very reasonable prices and this is not how we operate.

Excellent customer service too when the delivery didn’t turn up it was resolved straight away and we were given some extra stuff as compensation
