The owner was asked simple question and her policy was question we ordered 5th march 3-6 postage time well been well over that she started making excuses started being very rude and condescending we call her out she just canceld the order and continued being a rude pig of a person

I tried several times, was asked to wait a little longer. Still no order 5 weeks later. I made a complaint to Office of Fair Trade & got a refund. Very disapointed.

all staff very happy and willing to help have great American products that are not crazy expensive like most places that sell them.

It's looking like another fake app
I saw all these good reviews about this app so I decided to try it. I reached over the11000 to cash out and BAM it won't let me when I hit the redeem button it goes back to the contine to play screen

Absolutely avoid this is a scam app, you get just enough credits to scrape a fiver together then after that its impossible, I do made alot of the purchases to gain rewards, the app suddenly stops tracking on these and when you finally get through to customer service (on average 10 to 20 days despite saying action in an hour) they are rude and don't resolve. they also then have no decent game offers with only the odd one or two being very small amounts you can win

Honestly where to start. I ordered 20th of July and STILL haven’t received all of my products, after making a huge order for my 5 children costing over $800, I was giving it time and then the benefit of doubt being a large order. I first contacted them well after the 8days they recommend. I finally received one box with only a couple of items. It wasn’t until multiple emails were sent most of which they ignored, I have proof of all which I will be posting on my socials as I’ve had enough! It wasn’t until a lot of back and forth that a second box finally arrived well after a month after purchase, and it was still missing over 80 items! They have been nothing but rude in all emails returned. I tried to be nice and I tried to give them time but it’s now two months past and I still don’t have all of my things and they said they sent it all. I’ve reported them to higher officials and sent through all correspondence as proof, awaiting more from that but I need everyone else to know, DO NOT PURCHASE from these guys, they’re a joke !

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars with SnackEzy and really wanted to support a small business, but my experience has been consistently stressful and disappointing.
SnackEzy is the most dishonest and unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with.
They advertise 3–5 day shipping, yet my orders took weeks to even leave their warehouse — only after I chased them. One order was “packed but not sent” for almost a month. When it finally arrived, it was missing items. Instead of a refund, I was forced to accept store credits ($70, $20, $25) just to get anything back.
Their customer service is appalling — emails ignored, Facebook messages ignored, and rude dismissive replies when they did bother to respond. When I posted publicly about missing items and delays, they deleted my comments and blocked me rather than fixing the issue. That says everything about how they treat paying customers.
After all that, I eventually got my missing items but only after weeks of chasing, being silenced online, and a pathetic excuse. This business only acts when backed into a corner.
I have spent hundreds of dollars with them, but I will never again. SnackEzy hides behind false advertising, censorship, and excuses instead of accountability.
⚠️ I am now preparing a formal complaint to Fair Trading NSW about their misleading conduct. Save yourself the stress — this company cannot be trusted.

I’m sad I even have to give them a 1 I wish I could give them nothing. I made a review 11 months ago which they did comment back to. Now they want me to delete it or they will sue me lol. In my opinion you are a horrible company, in my opinion you are horrible to your customers.

Order took a few weeks to get here but came in good condition with a fair few extras thrown in also for the delay. I would recommend these guys as long as you aren't in a rush to recieve your items, I'm sure express postage could be an option though if you wanted it faster.
All in all a good experience and the owner was accommodating and apologetic for the delay.

Customer service is not great when trying to get a replacement for faulty items. They always say ‘we’ll make up for it next order’ and continue this verbatim with each order. One ‘employee’ appeared helpful then never followed up. Only so many follow up emails you can send.

In my experience, it is uncommon for company representatives—be it CEOs, directors, or employees—to address customer complaints in this way. Typically, professionals in such positions strive to foster positive interactions, responding to feedback with courtesy and respect.
I believe that constructive criticism should be welcomed, and it is vital for businesses to maintain a professional demeanour when engaging with their customers. A more amicable approach by the owner of SNACK EZY Wollongong would likely improve public perceptions and foster loyalty among patrons.

Terrible customer service
I have to say that my experience with Snackezy has been unlike anything I've encountered with any other store or company before! I placed my order with high hopes, as a return customer but what followed has been nothing short of frustrating. I found myself waiting for nearly two months for the remainder of my items to arrive. After numerous attempts to get in touch with the owner, I finally received a response to my third email. To my dismay, she stated that she was completely unaware of the missing items and mentioned that she only has one day off, suggesting that I was in the wrong for simply inquiring about the status of my order.
For three long weeks, I was met with excuse after excuse from Snackezy regarding why my items had not yet been shipped. It became increasingly clear that my concerns were not being taken seriously. Only when I firmly expressed that I had reached my limit and requested a refund—threatening to escalate the situation to the fair trading ombudsman—did they finally attempt to resolve the issue and send my items. Now, I feel as though I have been made to seem unreasonable and unfair for merely wanting the products I had already paid for. This whole ordeal has been incredibly disheartening, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before shopping at Snackezy.

I am very amazed at the amount of junk food that this company sells and promotes to children.NO school tuck shops sell these sugar-filled products anymore.I would never put these products into a kid's lunch box.I mentioned this on the facebook page and the owner blocked me.
