I bought from SMTTR 3 separate times.  The orders were priced competitively and packages arrived in great shape.  The support I received before, during, and after ordering was first-rate.  I had a lot of questions, and they were all answered promptly and knowledgeably.  During one order, we had a slight communication error (no one's fault), and SMTTR went out of their way to Fedex me the right adapter overnight to solve the problem.
