They will not give you your money back and answer support emails with AI bots. They will take your money and not give it back. Total Scam!

SMOKEHEIR have stolen my money. They've stolen approx $500 and refuse to return it.

They are a scam company preying on people.

Edit: The company eventually returned the money but wanted me to be thankful for delivering the product I paid for. The support staff also impersonate the CEO "Drew" and lie

I purchased this product because it was advertised as “the last water pipe you’ll ever need.” Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience. After normal use, the piece started to come apart, and when I reached out to the company, the recommended “fix” was to glue it back together using JB Weld epoxy (a cement/adhesive).

Not only is this disappointing for a product that’s marketed as premium and long-lasting, but it also raises serious concerns about safety. Nowhere in the advertising was it mentioned that the pipe would rely on cement/epoxy to stay intact. I expected a durable, thoughtfully engineered product — not something that requires toxic adhesive to keep functional.

For the price point and the brand’s claims, this feels misleading. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable, long-term solution.

I was just starting to thoroughly enjoy my waterpipe, I had ordered back in November and really didn't get a chance to break it out and try it out til around February of 2025. Little did I know this is already past the warranty of said product. Around March, I was really loving this water pipe, it is seriously the cleanest/smoothest pipe I have ever smoked. However, today, 3/25/25 I went to clean the water pipe and as I unscrewed the top of the water pipe to rinse out and clean the glass top that holds the mouthpiece and main chamber together broke without rhyme or reason. I quickly emailed support at smokerheir thinking something in the design of my waterpipe might have been incorrectly made. Not so much, I was immediately replied to and made known that my water pipe was 30 days out of warranty and a link was provided with replacement parts. No discounts given, and only apologies with a link to repurchase their cheap ass material so I guess I can go through this again but with more money invested.... I've never been more impressed and then disappointed with someone who has such a elegant design but crappy service department. Think hard before you purchase this product, it is already pricey to begin with, and doesn't even withstand 5 months of usage before breaking. Recently, I ordered a Heir Waterpipe that I planned on taking with me on vacation to Spain.

My European friends had never heard of Heir, so I was excited to introduce them to the product and of course take a test drive.

When I placed my order for the Gold Edition, I was extremely disappointed that, due to the popularity of the bongs, they were in short supply, and I wouldn't receive mine prior to leaving on my trip.

Dishearted, I reached out to Heir to see if anything could be done. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a prompt response from Paul offering to send me a silver one ASAP - which I was more than thrilled to accept, so obviously I said yes.

It arrived in plenty of time as promised, and I was able to bring it with me. As expected, my friends loved it and a few plan on ordering one!

Again, my sincere thanks to Paul and the Heir family for coming up with a workable solution that more than satisfied me!
