Great service and good offers.🙂

Always get fast reliable service from these guys only ever had 1 issue with a damages e-liquid that hadn't noticed as had bought a large pack. Reported it and replacement recieved the next day top company excellent customer service 5 stars

Ordered in the morning & by 11, I had my order!

The staff member working, Hamza, helped me out massively as I’m new to vaping however, he made me feel welcome and helped me put my kit together. Therefore, I’ll be visiting SMKD Rotherham more regularly.

Always buy my vape stuff from this place as it arrives next day always get what I ask for and reasonable prices

Always have what I need in stock and fast delivery.

Went in Rotherham store seeking the new elux nic salts, hamza went out of his way to source them for me and order them as they won’t be in store only online. I have been a customer here for years, I never get anything less than 110%

Hamza is a very good help when needed, go into this vape shop every week and always stay for a good chat

I went down today in Rotherham bought 3 disposable vapes and they was all burnt had ejuice leaking everywhere and the best thing about this is there out of date I go back to try and get a refund all the !am wohld.do is exchange them and I said there all.Out of date and he replied saying is good and safe to have out of date vapes not on got four more times to try and all burnt terrible please dont got and waste your money needs to be shut down

Went to this vape shop in rotherham, boss man Hamza patterned me a nice gotek kit, gotta say his customer service is exceptional and made me feel extra welcome, I will be 100% returning to this shop, guy is dench too lol.

SMKD, particularly the one in Bradford, John Street, are my go-to stores for all my vaping needs.
it doesnt matter if you are a novice when it comes to vaping or a pro that knows what he wants..the shop keeper Lisa will go out of her way to assist you.
more than once i had particular needs such as ordering things that are rare or not on display etc and Lisa solved this in no time at all.
If it's possible,it will be done.
Also, their own vape brand is second to none when it comes to quality.
if SMKD ever closes, i stop vaping.

Bought a device from here. All I can say lost for words. I got a sonderu which is the perfect device for me. I talked to Hamza in the Rotherham store who works there and he walked me through all the kits and he chose the sonderu for me and I don’t regret it. Perfect experience.

Fantastic service ordered in the morning and delivered the same day.

Hamza was really helpful with recommending different flavours I may like to try, he's very friendly and welcoming, best customer service I have had.

Hamza is a great guy and very knowledgeable in this field if you want right information he's you go to guy, wouldn't normally buy on high street as can get cheaper online but not as good quality products as what SMKD sell highly recommended popping to the Rotherham store.

Ordered liquids at 9am, delivered to me by 2.30pm same day - quite simply amazing service.

The Rotherham store is top notch. Always very helpful and more than happy to answer any questions.
