The reception helped me fast track my appointment because I needed an emergency Root Canal Treatment. Dr. James Fitton was not only proficient in fixing the issue but was also very kind throughout the treatment.

I had an emergency filling done at another clinic which left my gums bleeding and in tatters, I was in pain for weeks but thought this was just a fact of getting dental work done. I opted to have the replacement crown done at SmileHub and was astonished at how painless the process of filing my tooth down to prepare it for the crown was, and how little recovery time I needed - I had almost no pain in my gums following the procedure, despite it being nearly 2 hours long! I appreciated how Sarah kept me informed throughout the process (telling me what might hurt and when, and why she was doing what she was doing). I was also pleased with my separate hygiene appointment and how knowledgeable Judy was. All team members are friendly and welcoming and make it a very pleasant experience indeed. Would highly recommend this practice.

I had dental treatment with Dr Kushal Mehta and it was a great experience. He was very patient, attentive and made me feel very comfortable. Throughout the treatment explaining what would happen next. He spoke softly and calmly making me feel calm and his nurse was also just as polite and professional. The whole clinic was very welcoming, modern, clean and professional.

I had a wisdom tooth extraction with Kush. He took a great deal of time and care over the extraction - the tooth was at an odd angle and he spent time with different tools to get it out. He took such great care that I had NO pain whatsoever after the extraction. I was expecting to be holed up and in agony for a few days but I didn't even need to take any painkillers at all. Thank you!

I saw a hygienist at Smile Hub recently and had a great experience. The hygienist was friendly and knowledgeable and did a wonderful job. My teeth felt so much better afterwards. I've also seen dentists at Smile Hub in the past and always had good experiences. Highly recommend.

Everything in the appointment was great - staff friendly and put me at ease. All questions answered in understandable manner.
The reason for loss of star is that at the end when wanting to pay I had to wait whilst the computer became 'free' as it being used at other Smile Hub site.
I question why does the computer in Linklaters Smile Hub set up so linked to another site? This is causing Linklaters patients a delay at the end of their treatment - they have to wait until their computer becomes 'available' so they can process the payment.

Amazing service

Dr Hena was great from the original consultation through to the various appointments I've had to repair my broken front teeth and for composite edge bonding. I would not hesitate to recommend her enough.

I will start with the positives - the hygienist was friendly and polite and the treatment was explained to me all throughout.

Negative - I was stuck in their lift for 10 mins! A tiny lift without ventilation. I rang the alarm twice, which goes through to a central answering machine, you can’t hear what the other person says, all this time I’m asking for help, called the practice from inside the lift and no answer. At this point I’m panicking and getting breathless, feel like I’m on some sort of Final Destination movie. I scream for help and no answer. I finally decided the only way to get out of the lift was to force the doors open to escape. After I climbed out I informed the receptionist that I had been trapped which he could clearly see the lift was half way up. His reply was “did it move at all” no concern whatsoever if I was ok, or if he could help at all, just asked me to take the stairs. Overall not a good experience from the reception staff, no companion or worry at all for something so frightful. Based on my experience I would not recommend going here.

I chipped a tooth on a Sunday and so got in touch with the team Monday to arrange an emergency appointment. Everyone was so helpful and I was able to see Cath quickly. She sorted the problem straight away, and the procedure was quick, painless and efficient as usual! The repair was perfect and felt exactly like my old tooth straight away. Everyone at Smile Hub is so lovely, always helpful, sympathetic, kind, caring and a pleasure to be with. I feel very lucky to be a patient and I always know I am in good hands. Thank you to Cath and all of the team, as always.

Kind and friendly staff, state-of-the-art equipment, informative and helpful experts, and I like that they didn't try to make my smile "Instagram perfect" but rather help me get the plan that made me feel like my smile was going to be perfect for me.

Been to Smilehub for two years without issue but was given a new hygienist which absolutely ruined the experience, extremely painful visit with no semblance of care for the patient.

Had tears in my eyes from pain and they did not stop or support at all, will not be visiting smile hub again or recommending it to friends again.

I used to fear the hygienist but not anymore! The most careful and painless experience yet!
