I had my under stairs storage fitted yesterday. Pat was the man that fitted it. He was excellent. I had ordered a 3 drawer unit but ended up getting the 6 drawers. He Explained everything in detail. He took genuine pride in his work and the result was great. He was an absolute gentleman to deal with and cleaned up afterwards.

Had my smart storage installed today. Delighted with the service and craftsmanship. Finish is perfect and can be painted. Work area was left clean and tidy. Would absolutely recommend to a friend.

Fabulous service. So happy with the amazing job Jim did. He worked so hard all day. Started at 8 am and never stopped!!!!

Paul and Tef did an amazing job on a difficult space and installation. The space was awkward, but they managed it with such skill, they linked in and communicated with me and tailored everything to my needs. I got a tallboy and 3 drawer unit from Smart Storage. The fitter came promptly at 8am as scheduled. A lovely friendly guy. He was very efficient and thorough and left the hallway very clean. The storage solution looks really well and holds a huge amount of items. I'm very pleased with my decision to go with Smart Storage and would recommend.

All of the staff with whom I interacted from Smart Storage - from the schedulers who communicated via email and phone to the installer who did the work - were clear, prompt, and stuck to the promised schedule. I was very happy with every aspect of my experience with Smart Storage.

We were given an initial quote that then went up by €300, from €1600 to €1900 because we were told the space was bigger and needed an extra door. It was a 6 drawer unit with double doors. The double doors just go into an empty space. There are no drawers or rails supplied. The internal wall of it comes unpainted . Unpainted MDF just looks cheep and nasty. They made a big fuss of giving us free hooks which would be a couple of euro.
The fitter was in and out in under 4 hours. He had to take part of the stairs off and did a hatchet job of putting it back.
The units are primed which means they have to be painted, as does the area around the stairs.
All in all it is neat and the fitter did a good job but VERY OVERPRICED. I expected a finished painted job and a really excellent finish.
I did phone the sales team before the job was finished but it went to answer machine and no call was returned.
You have to pay the balance automatically whether you are happy or not with the job.

They did an amazing job from start to finish. I couldn’t fault them at all. I would definitely recommend smart storage to anybody. You do not have to worry about cleaning up as they do all of that for you.

We arranged a date for fitting and the fitter arrived on time and was very professional, done a amazing job. We had to make a small alliteration to the original plan ,and the fitter was so helpful. Had our understairs storage unit installed on Tuesday and delighted with it. Very tidy workman ship and good quality. Johnny the fitter was a lovely person to deal with, very courteous and left the place spotless. Thank you to Lourdes in the office, who was not only lovely to deal with but a great help when deciding on a under stair storage company. We had complements on the carpentry already from other tradesmen. Would recommend smart storage.

Absolutely fantastic experience from enquiry to installation. Excellent communication from Jonny about our space and requirements. Maeve on the phone was wonderful with making arrangements that suited us ... and our request to protect a newly laid driveway, she had suggestions about pre-making the unit to minimise issues on site. Our fitter Kevin was brilliant. Got in touch the day before and called to make sure of exact measurements. Professional and friendly, he's very skilled at what he does. On the day installation was seamless. We are delighted with our new storage space and highly recommend Smart Storage!
