The instructions given for the transfer of my money when the term deposit came to an end were not carried out. I received a message from Smartsave to say how wonderful they were and invited a comment but when I replied I received a message to say my questions cannot be received. It is now 4 days since my money should have been received in my linked bank account but it is still with Smartsave earring no interest.

Another day goes by and still my cash has not been received! Is this institution in financial trouble?

Easy to open and manage account, great rates and clear communications. Have only switched away as Chetwood Finance needs to improve its efforts and transparency on sustainability / green credentials.

Smartsave has all the systems in place to support your investment. As with a number of companies they are efficient but you need to read their emails and act to ensure your funds are not reinvested.
There are no issues with the company, good rates and good communication just act on it.

I spent a lot of time complaining about a lot of companies which shouldn’t be in business. This one is a complete opposite. It was a bit scary to put money into a place that you don’t know much about.

The truth is put money in, here nothing until four days from the end of the term when they ask you would you like to continue? You say yes please for another year, hear nothing for another year and then four days before end of contract what would you like to do with it? Put it in my bank account I reply. Boom, in my bank account including interest.

Bloody fantastic, no unsolicited adverts, no email every week to delete, no offers of rewards. Nothing except what it is you contracted for. If only thousands of companies out there could do the same, just do what you say.
