It’s simply didn’t work
It’s simply didn’t work. I tried to pay, but in the end went into the office when they showed me a QR code which worked. Clearly there’s work to be done here! I fly to the same airfield in a month time, so let’s hope there will be progress!

Thanks for leaving us a review, we have checked back through our logs and can see you submitted PPR successfully, which was then approved, upon arrival you then used our payment portal and paid for your landing fee using Stripe, which went through fine. So we are unsure what you mean by "it didnt work". If you want to email us so we can explore further that would be great as we are confused by this review.

Pointless
It all worked fine, but I'm growing a dislike of airfields that insist on online PPR. It doesn't assure me the runway is open and usable, and doesn't give me runway in use and weather conditions which is a safety concern, so I'll inevitably end up ringing the airfield anyway, which renders these services redundant and a pointless waste of time. On top of that, I'm now being nagged by multiple emails asking for a review, so here you go - you asked for it!

Your review is more of a review of PPR in general, we didn't invent PPR we are trying to make submitting and requesting PPR more standardised and easier for everyone, so we think this review is a little unfair. Alot of airfields see the benefit of PPR for a planning purpose, you wouldn't turn up to a restaurant on a busy night and expect them to be able to seat you. We apologise for the two emails you received from Trustpilot, we have made some changes to the review process from our users.
