Flexible Policy & Patient Staff
I was provided with relevant information based on my needs and I liked the flexibility of the policy that was offered to me. Jasmine, who had patiently called me back about three time to finalise everything over the past 2-3 weeks, as work has been busy, was very patient, pleasant, and took the time answer all the questions I had to ease my mind.
