Don’t be misled
I saw the advertisement on TV for this company offering life insurance coverage for over 60’s.
Contacted them and obtained what I thought was a really good policy at a reasonable price which couldn’t be beaten by other companies I contacted. Too good to be true , I thought. Luckily I checked Trustpilot and saw reviews talking about annual rises for the policy. When I then had another call from the company I asked about the annual cost rise and was then told about it!
Suffice to say I did not take out a policy with them. I just felt like they were not honest and wasted my time .

The only thing I think the company should do is give a time frame of the claim. The agent told me to check on trust pilot to find out how long it takes from beneficiaries reviews

I haven,t received any confirmation of the insurance policy, I don't know what my account number is, etc,etc!
6 weeks after I opened the policy, I received a call from another comany, offering me identical insurance, for half the cost! I haven't gone ahead with their insurance, but they have let me know what their cover protects.
I'm afraid that smart is only their name not their wisdom!

Spoke to Ricky who i must say was very patient . He had to call about four times as he kept missing my husband days of kept getting changed . Finally caught up with him and we had forgot about the call. But he arranged a call back and thankfully sorted now . He was so good and not narky at all what a credit to the company .
