The chap who done the surveys was knowledgeable and helpful, and more importantly patient. Wasn’t in a hurry to leave until we were completely happy.

Your man came out and said he could not fix the blockage because he could not find the drain, so he left with no work being done. Called another company the next day, he found the drain straight away he could not understand why your man couldn't locate it. To add insult to injury you sent out a bill for over £70. This is most unfair

Excellent work done to clear a blockage in a pipe going to a soakaway. Everything was explained to me and they even returned the next day to check that the soakaway was functioning efficiently

After Severn Trent couldn't help I called Smart Drain UK and spoke to Janet who was really helpful. A convenient appointment was made and Kieran and his team attended my block drain and sorted it out for me, really pleased with the service I received and will not hesitate in using again (I hope not though!) or recommending :)
